The taste of Chao Menu was a bit disappointing... It's too much to expect it to be at Asian standards.

quick easy convenient. Minh did not skimp on the meats. offered very good customer service and made me feel heard. Tram wiped my drink so that the outside was not sticky and wet when the soda overflowed. food was much better, well seasoned, and cooked well compared to other locations. very impressed today.

Not at all impressed with the server. The moment you mention allergies, it's almost as if they wish you'd vanish! They have no idea which food contains eggs or nuts or shellfish. And it was all the more frustrating, because we had tried a specific dish at a different panda Express and they guided us very well.

I love Panda Express. I just moved to Santa Clara across from the Mall so on a discovery. My friend and I went here for lunch during the Holidays. I ordered Orange Chicken, Vegetable Rice and Chicken Vegetable, it was fast and friendly service, the line moved quickly too. Great selections!! Highly recommend Panda Express for lunch or anytime!

Honestly a brilliant branch, I go here multiple times a week because I work nearby, and they've always been friendly, prompt, and accurate with my orders! Special shout out to the manager Kim who works harder than most people I know, and the associates Tai and Tam who have been super everytime I'm here!

The Beijing beef was hard like it sat there for hours, the white rice was mushy and stuck together. why did I pay for this!!!

This Panda Express is probably the stingiest among all. Cub meal gets you 3/4 cup of friend rice, 4 pieces of broccoli and 3 pieces of beef. SMH. Stingy AF

First of all I don't know if the person who attended me is like that but She treated me badly, her way of asking me was rude and then she made the wrong request, a boy checked if it was mine and then he realized that it was wrong. As they stamp the order I ordered Pickup and when I arrived at my apartment I found that they didn't add the honey chicken. honestly the flavor is good I give it an 8 out of 10 but the way the lady attended me and the one that has been missing 1 item I give you 2 of 5The price is super good as well

Really stingy at this location when I went, and there are so many better food options around them to eat anyway. Only go if you’re reeeaaalllyyyy craving panda express.

One of the more consistent options when it comes to Valley Fair's food court....Lines here are always pretty steady so that guarantees more of a chance that food is cycled out. Whenever I am in a bind and can't decide on what to eat, Panda Express is a no brainer. Bonus points because my picky toddler normally accepts these meals without any issues- as long as I'm not overdoing it too frequently. While I used to be more of a chow mein fan, I have now been converted over to the fried rice. Purchasing chow mein means a plate FULL of cabbage and I'm gonna have to pass on that! PE's entrees that never fail: chicken breast green beans, teriyaki chicken, & black pepper angus steak.3.5 stars overall. Depending on who serves you, the portions can be shady.

Ok, it's mall fast food. You know what you're getting. This is not a fancy Michelin star dining experience. So keep that in mind when evaluating the place. Panda Express is great for a quick bite while shopping at Valley Fair. It's kid friendly and easy to order a variety of things to share. The kiddo loves it. And they give you a fortune cookie too! Order a plate, get a side (rice or chow mein) plus your choice of 2 entrees. I always get the Orange Chicken and the Eggplant Tofu. The kiddo usually gets the Broccoli Beef and the Eggplant Tofu. It's quick, easy and filling. Although I feel like they used to fill up the plate with more food in the past. That's shrinkflation.
