Paris Baguette exceeded my expectations. It’s a wonderful spot to indulge in delicious French-inspired treats and soak in a bit of Parisian charm, right in the heart of the city. Whether you’re a pastry enthusiast or simply looking for a delightful café experience, Paris Baguette is definitely worth a visit.

The women manager on 04/13/24 at 6pm (claimed to be the only one there) was completely impolite and denied giving me a spoon even with purchase. My boyfriend asked for a spoon and she said “we don’t give them out” in which he proceeded to say “do I have to buy something to get one?” and she still proceeded to say no. I guess even as a paying customer you are denied a spoon. Another customer asked for a spoon prior to purchasing a large cake and she proceeded to say “we don’t give out spoons for cakes.” That’s absolutely ridiculous! The manager caused annoyance, inconvenience, needless anxiety, and made us very upset, and argued for a good 7 minutes to me about denying me utensils. The manager didn’t display courtesy or kindness at all, and I’m highly dissatisfied and disappointed, left the store in tears. I left feedback on the actual website, hoping they do something about the leadership behavior.

Disappointed with my visit. Pastries weren't fresh. Expected better quality. I wouldn’t recommend this

This is my go-to place for a much needed caffeine boost after work, or to pick up a delicious treat. The ambiance and service is great, all the staff I've encountered consistently have a wonderful attitude that makes you want to come back. Kim is patient, warm and energetic! She goes out of her way to make you feel cared for which is really sweet. Also since I've become a bit of a regular it's so nice to be greeted as such! Overall a great place to hang out or get your work done!

It's a very nice place! I came here an hour before closing on a weekend right before going to the nearby theater. There weren't many pastries left, but there was a nice selection of cake slices and I ended up getting the tiramisu cake. The cake was delicious and I really liked how spacious it was. There were at least 10 tables inside so plenty of room to enjoy a nice treat. I will definitely be coming back here!

I highly recommend NOT coming to this location for their ridiculous policies and stingy employee. I spent over $60+ in pastries and cakes for a birthday gift and kindly asked the employee "s d" for a box for the pastries and she lied oh we don't have any. Then I saw another employee proceeding to give another customer it and then she said "my manager KIM is very strict and doesn't allow us to use the boxes for customers after the AM". I said this is a birthday gift and I want it to be presentable. She said well too bad, my manager KIM said no exceptions. I drove to another Paris Baguette location and they were fine.

They have the best cakes and croissants. I have been going here since 2 years and they have the most unique cake flavors.

I liked this place for several reasons: 1. Large selection of desserts, 2. There are buns and sandwiches for a snack, 3. Not burnt coffee like in many Sunnyvale establishments, 4. A fairly clean and well-kept place.

Got some pastries for the office. They have baskets that prepare the desserts on site. Everything I tried was delicious! Only downside is that everything is so expensive. Now I know that this is a special treat kind of place.

This place gave my 4 year old food poisoning. Service is not good as well. The staff wasn’t polite and just didn’t care that the customers are there. No greetings, nothing.

Of all Paris Baguette locations, this one near AMC Movie Theater at Mercado shopping plaza is my favorite. It never feels overwhelming or crowded here on weekday mornings and afternoons. Excellent customer service staffs. Good vibes and great ambiance. Very clean and organized interior. Plenty of tables and chairs available. Pick up after your own trash and trays. Love all Paris Baguette pastries, cakes, and breads. I always go after the items with the fresh fruits and definitely all croissants. Tried the pizza flatbread too and cashier helped me heat it up a bit while waiting for my hot cup of mocha. Delicious and beautiful. Pricing is similar across all locations. Sometimes, I feel like sweet donuts, while other times, I just want a piece of yummy chiffon cake topped with berries. I like this place because of how many different selections of goodies are freshly baked and laid out on displays. I usually take my time when visiting because it's difficult to choose what I want on a specific day and time. Yes, very clean, safe, and modern upgraded interior. I pay more attention to the walls here than I do at other locations. This one is very peaceful, relaxing & quiet most of the time. It really makes a difference when the staffs are helpful and passionate. This is one of those locations that I absolutely enjoy visiting because I can always take a walk around TJ Maxx and other places down the plaza afterwards. Good feelings all around for sure. Plenty of available parking spots in the lot too. Yummy and beautiful. Selections are wide.

This location gave my 4 year old child food poisoning from the chocolate cake piece. The service is poor as well, no greetings to the customer, and the employees look like they don't even enjoy their job.

I stopped here because o was craving something sweet and this little spot just happened to be right next to the grocery store I was shopping at that afternoon. I ordered a slice of cake and a pumpkin spice latte and paid about $18 bucks for both, including tax. The cake was super soft, and it was light and refreshing. Although pricey, you could tell the cake was higher quality than something you may at Walmart, for example. But did it knock my socks off? Well, no. I enjoyed it, but feel that for that price I could find something better. I feel very similarly about the latte. It was good, but pricey. And there are waaaaay better coffee shops in the area. The service also took much longer than I expected. It took a good 10 minutes to get my slice of cake and coffee, and there was only 1 person in front of me and 2 people behind the counter. Overall giving the spot 3/5 stars because I enjoyed it, but most likely wouldn't return
