Today I came to eat here with my family. When we came in we were seated and given menus, then we were forgotten. We had to get up, walk to a server and tell them we were ready to order while walking them back to our table. They had finally taken our order, 1 regular size bowl of chicken pho, and 2 large size bowls of beef pho. Before the waiter left, we asked for chili oil. A few minutes later the food comes out, without the oil we specifically asked for. So once again we had to get up, walk to a server and ask them to bring some. Then they brought us chili oil but it was a very small amount in a cup, the amount you would use for a single person. We were hungry and didn’t feel like getting up to ask for something once more so we just split it and tried to enjoy the food. Grabbing a spoon from the side utensils that are supposed to be clean, unsurprisingly there was food left on the first one I grabbed. I just put it to the side and grabbed a different one that looked clean, and we started eating. The soups were all very flavorless, can not stress enough how bland. We kept eating some of it anyways because we were so hungry, but eventually we ended up leaving the rest there and going to pay. Might I add, when we needed refills on water we also had to get up and grab the pitcher from a table the waiters have to serve the customers and serve ourselves. Nobody even noticed. When we went to pay, my sister was pretty upset with the experience and told the person at the register that the service today was horrible and that the food was bland. The employee just nodded, didn’t apologize for the experience, didn’t even offer a slight discount for the inconvenience. So bad.

We live locally. This was our first time here, and we will definitely be back. I had the small size vegetarian pho. I was impressed with the veggies it containedbroccoli , bok choy, carrots, and tofu. On the side were fresh lemon wedge , greens, and bean sprouts. The broth was flavorful, not overly salty. I added the hot oil, which really enhanced it. My son had the plate with a large helping of tender chicken, white rice, egg roll, and salad. My husband had the med bowl of seafood pho.All of our plates were very good. The staff were all kind and checked on us regularly. Our son is in a wheelchair and I appreciated the layout of this restaurant for ease of accessibility. The seating accommodates larger or smaller groups. You can't beat the prices and the selection of food and drinks here!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchairs.

This spot is my favorite I usually drive 30min-1hr for it. I drove 20 min from work and when I got back to work I realized they had gave me cold cooked meat. They have never done this before. The meat was fully cooked and very cold. I usually let the meat cook in the broth.

This review is strictly on their new item Gensing Hen, also known as pho ga sam. It was their window poster of this item that drew my attention, and unfortunately it is so misleading compared to what was actually served. The initial scent of this supposedly herbal soup was expected, but it quickly faded after a few bites. It was missing some ingredients when compared to the poster image. The large chicken piece did not have any noticeable herbal or ginseng flavor. Once the initial herbal scent faded, its taste mostly resembled that of the chicken pho, which would have been easier to eat since the meat is already pulled from the bones. If you’re already familiarized with Asian herbal noodle soup, this one will definitely disappoint. First and last.

Pho Hoa & Jazen Tea - MercadoIt is not easy to eat authentic Vietnamese Pho in Taiwan, but in the Western United States, thanks to the large number of Vietnamese immigrants, Vietnamese Pho has become a famous food. It is easy to find famous Vietnamese food restaurants, and Vietnamese Pho is not easy to be ignored. Best choice for hot soup. The weather has been cold recently, so go to Pho Hoa & Jazen Tea - Mercado near where you live for a bowl of hot soup.Pho Hoa & Jazen Tea - Mercado has a simple and bright decoration, which is closer to the American fast food style. Order steak, lean brisket, tendon & tripe, which is a combination of rice noodles. The meal was served quickly and came with a plate of green vegetables. As usual, the bean sprouts, nine-story pagoda, and chili peppers were soaked in the soup, and lemon and Sriracha chili sauce were added. The sweet, sour, salty, and spicy taste bloomed in the mouth, which was comforting. The beef is a bit too old, the brisket is slippery, the tendons are soft and tender, the stomach is crispy and sweet, and the bean sprouts have a unique crispy texture, which makes it delicious. There are all kinds of colorful drinks on the menu, and it seems that the calories are not to be underestimated, so skip them first.

Vegetarian Pho was below average. Tasteless and flavorless at the same time. Had to add Sriracha, Hoisin sauce and Chili Oil to even start eating it. Noodles were the in and bland. Pho had a good amount of veggies (compared to other places).Tofu and Avocado Roll were pretty good though. Peanut sauce on the side was average.Service was kinda disappointing. Somewhat borderline rude waiters.I’ve had much tastier Vegetarian Pho in the past.Vegetarian options: There was just 1 vegetarian pho and it was below average.

Pretty good experience with the Pho and the avocado roll. The place has a pretty good vibe both indoors and outdoors. One of the few places in South Bay Area that serves decent pho. Sadly, just one veggie option!Vegetarian options: Only few veggie options
