What a surprise! I had lunch here when catching up with a friend.Compared to other Poke Bar across the street, Pokeatery has a lot of unique ingredients. I personally love their Citrus Kale base, spicy garlic edamame, spicy crab salad and hamachi!Portions are generous for the price and I would come back again.

Surprisingly one of the best poke bowls I’ve tried. Great quality food and customer service. Friendly and kind.

I eat a lot of poke and while most experiences have been average, the quality of this fish is below average. In particular the ahi tuna, it tasted like it was spoiled (another review mentioned similar experience). I had to spit it out and separate it from the rest of the sushi. By then I ate a bit more of the food on high alert and didn't finish it because I was afraid. Kinda ruined the entire experience. Like when you eat bad eggs then can't eat it for like a year before venturing back. You order from a kiosk which I dislike because you can't ask questions, and no loving soul around until you order pops up then someone magically pops up.

It's the best poke I've ever had and I've had many different ones at other states even. I'm also pretty picky. In addition, they have never been stingy with the portions. The seasweed salad is extra at other poke places but not here.

Not sure why this place gets such low reviews! I originally planned on getting ramen from the neighbor but eff standing in line for an hour at a mall! I don't have to search far for a great alternative. I was fresh off a run and starving, Pokeatery fit the bill for recovery level carbs and protein. The protein (fish) portions were large and I enjoyed all the available mix in's and sauces. I didn't have to wait long for my order once I placed it at the kiosk either and the gal behind the counter was friendly and quick! Great find!

Whenever I come here for the poke I always get huge portions. It's a pretty good deal too because you get 4 scoops of fish and 2 sides. The fish always tastes good to me. I also sometimes get the spam musubi and it tastes better than the ones at l&l. Quick service but limited seating.

The food itself is pretty decent though it's not anything crazy to write home about. The only real issue is the service. They're just sort of... rude/unprofessional. For instance, I saw my order was being finished so I walked up to the counter as it was being set out but they didn't call a name, put the receipt on, or even push it to the front of the counter (instead keeping it by the register). I then stood there waiting for a while until one of the employees finally decided to ask me "what do you want", giving me my order.

Wish the servings came with more rice. No service interaction if you're paying by card. Saw a kid lick all the water cups...so there's thatAvocado was brown, but the poke otherwise tasted good.

I remember I came here when it first opened because I saw that they were offering free dole soft serve with check in. ✔️ The amount was super generous, just like the bowls here and it was honestly one of the most flavorful pineapple soft serves I have ever eaten. Tbh I have only had these at Disneyland and in Hawaii. The price has gotten steeper over the years but you have to remember that they let you choose four proteins. They have two tables which is unfortunate but there is plenty of seating in the mall such as the tables and couches outside of Nordstrom, the food court, 1st floor, etc.Now they have a self-order kiosk but they did let me order from them. I found you can pick as many toppings as you like this way but the ipad does limit you. Also just a reminder. for the bases, you can do half/half like brown rice and yam noodles.Definitely among the top 3 poke places in the bay. I also like Poke Paradise if you were wondering.

They have you order yourself on an iPad so a kid with air pods in can make your bowl in his own peace without having to talk to you. I got a tuna poke bowl and my tuna was very oxidized, not bright in color at all, almost gray. It passed my smell test but I was very turned off and threw my bowl away. I didn’t notice until I took it home because I grabbed it to go and did not watch the staff build my bowl.

I stopped by Pokeatery to grab lunch and found the place mostly empty. I liked ordering from the kiosk, which was user-friendly and required zero social interaction. The poke bowl was on the pricier side ($20+ before tip), but nothing egregious for the Bay Area. I had chosen Salmon and Hamachi as my two proteins, but when the girl handed my order to me, she informed me that they had run out of Hamachi, so she had just given me double Salmon. This was fine, but I found it strange that she didn't just ask me, considering I was standing right there. The meal was tasty though and the portion size was generous. They went a little heavy on the sauce, but overall, not bad for a quick lunch!
