I think they have one of the best green teas in the bay. The taste is strong and not diluted like many other places.

Ordered the matcha Kyoto and it’s literally just blended ice and matcha! Never coming back here again. What a rip off.

In the middle of Valley Fair mall. For the price, it's just okay. There's a wait, but not too bad. You order yourself using the pads on the counter. Honestly I don't remember too much about the drink. I didn't hate it, but I didn't love it either. I don't know if I'll go back though because of the price.

i was honestly disappointed with the milk tea here. i got the rose buckwheat milk tea bc it was one of the favorites but it was not pleasant. i've never thrown away milk tea before but none of my cousins wanted to drink it either. it may just be a flavor preference but i would rather go to any other boba place around here

waited 20 min for one tea bc 1) no one announced it as ready 2) the text system also did not work as intended

This is my favorite boba place at Valley Fair mall. You order at the kiosk and usually the wait for the drink is not too bad. It also has cute packaging for the drinks, and the drink size and quality seems to be more worth it for me than other places in the mall. They have a good selection of traditional teas and fruity ones too- I really like the sugar cane, the guava, and the lychee. You can also order online to save time waiting. For the quality, quantity, and cost, I think this place is totally worth it.

The tea drink was fine, just honestly too expensive for what you get. My tea was $6-7 for what was basically a customized sweetness/ice honey tea. I do like their kiosk ordering system and ability to customize sweetness level and ice, but at the end of the day, it was a really simple tea with no extras like jelly, boba, or any exotic flower essence from the top of Machu Picchu or from the northernmost point of the arctic. It was just a plain tea. Tasted good, reasonably quick turnaround from ordering to getting the drink but the value just wasn't quite there for me. If it were $4 give or take, it'd be a 4-5 star rating.

This spot inside the mall, so I didn't have high expectations. I was craving milk tea and ordered the Golden Jinxuan Oolong Milk Tea with boba. I thoroughly enjoyed the milk tea and the texture of their soft chewy boba. I got 70% sweetness and it was the perfect amount of sweetness! Service was pretty quick and they were playing early 2000s bops. The cups looked pretty small for the milk tea, however, the price range for their milk teas is inexpensive compared to other places.

Rabbit Rabbit USED to be my boba spot at Valley Fair. I recently went and it's not the same. The drink are still pretty good but definitely on the pricier side. Oh btw, none of their smoothies are dairy-free besides one? It doesn't state it on their menu on the screens when you order so I had to ask. They were being super weird and not clear about it so I had to keep on asking and finally after what 3 times, they said "oh yeah the coconut one doesn't". They could've said that in the first place... Our drinks were made pretty quick despite it being busy. Once they called my name, the asian girl working there was SUPER rude. She practically threw my drinks at me and then said "oh you need a bag?" and I said yes so she ripped a bag very aggressively and proceeded to throw my drinks into the bag, stared me down and threw me the bag too. That was the worst service I have received at a boba shop and in all of San Jose. Unless y'all get better people working there, I won't be coming back.

This review is solely based on my all time favorite boba drink which is the strawberry buckwheat milk tea with boba. If you are a fan of chocolate covered strawberries then this is the absolute perfect drink for you as it tastes exactly the same with just the right amount of sweetness and the buckwheat gives off a nutty chocolate flavor that is delicious! The boba also is very spongy and chewy and an absolute delight.

Yesterday I visited Rabbit Rabbit Tea for the first time! It's located in the middle of the mall, they have self ordering kiosks where you can order and then pick up your drinks when they are finished! It took a lil bit to get my order but there was several orders in front of me, so I think that's why it took a lil bit of time. I got the Momotaro Peach Calpico Smoothie and Taro Milk Tea with Boba for my friend. I got it 50% sweetness and it still was pretty sweet, I did like the flavor but wish it was a little bit less sweet (and im a sweet tooth who normally is unbothered by sweetness), next time I'd probably do 25% or 0% sweet for that drink if I got it again! My friend seemed to enjoy the Taro drink! Pretty convenient to pick up if your already shopping in the mall. They have a really cute bunny mouth thing you can add to your straws if you would like, can make for a cute picture moment!

I always come here but this the first time they mess up my order. I order my drink with boba, grass jelly and lychee jelly but they did not give me boba and they charged me for it. I want them to refund me for the charge or at least give me some deal on the extra charge.

Love how there are 4 screens for people to order from Even if there are 2 screens it's not enough if there's a line, which I experience at some other boba stores Like how there are a ton of options for milk teas. Required to choose the specs of the drink like sweetness and ice level Came out pretty fast even with several people ahead of us
