If I could give six stars, I would. I first found this location when my coworker wanted to treat me to lunch. Everything was good, but my latest visit really set the bar above and beyond.Fries perfectly crispy, burgers were delicious, and they have the good ranch here. But what really sets the bar apart from other RR locations is the gentleman who served me: Lucho. He was very kind and responsive to providing refills and stellar customer service.

The food, as always, was delicious! And it came out hot, too. =) The problem was that it took a half hour to get it and it came out *before our drink!* I think our waitress was overwhelmed with multiple tables assigned at once--one of which was very large--and either she did not ask for help or it was refused. SOMEone should've brought out our drinks for her and continued the service while she took orders from the other tables. On the bright side, the manager on duty who heard what we were going through was awesome! She made sure everything was right after that--other than the caramelized bacon... apparently they ran out of brown sugar?!? (Side note: this has happened multiple times at this location--they don't tell you they ran out or don't feel like making it for your order, they just substitute regular bacon for the caramelized bacon that is the reason we ordered the Southern Charm burger to begin with... it seems intentional and even deceitful--as if they are hoping you won't notice the difference and I'd bet that most people don't or do not complain....)

Red Robin is one of those places where you can't expect too much, it's a fast casual family restaurant.So when things go *better than expected* it doesn't go unnoticed. Lucho was attentive, quick, on top of everything before we even had to ask, and sweet to my kiddos. He was hustling around the entire restaurant doing so for seemingly every table. Can't ask for much more! And the food came out hot and tasty :)

The food was good…. But left hungry. Our server Mackenzie provided below minimum service. She took our order and saw her once after that. As a red ribbon regular I left dissatisfied with her service. I hope that she gets some more training.

This location is very hit or miss with service and food quality. Sometimes you will never get a refill on bottomless items or they will give wrong item or a small portion. However the most recent time I have gone the server was great and very attentive and got everything we needed or asked for.Vegetarian options: Veggie burger options. The veggie burger that comes with salsa and avocado is very good.

They never have jalapenos for the Burning Love burger. The worst part is they don't inform you until after you've already ordered, and it's already on your plate, so there's no opportunity to change your mind.It has already happened 5 out of 7 times.The manager is also constantly scolding the employees regardless of whether the customers see her. That feels really awkward.

The paper they use to serve fish n chips and perhaps other dishes is of a very bad quality. If you look at the picture, you can see the red ink fully rubbed off and that ink mixed with my food and is now in my body. The paper also tears into tiny bits and gets into your food. I gave the feedback to the server and asked them to pass it on to management and I hope they do.Writing this here so that there's more visibility and attention by management. These ingested chemicals are really bad for health and can cause long term health issues that one can't even pinpoint.There's no need to serve on the paper -- they can put the food directly on the ceramic serving plate.The service was also really bad -- they repeatedly neglected us and we got really delayed by waiting for ages for forks or to place additional orders. Also the lady who was bussing tables was very rude too, when we asked for to-go boxes.
