Had a burger from here before it was just ok, hadn't been back in over a year. So this free chicken sandwich promo and thought to give them another try. No wonder Shake Shack is giving the chicken sandwiches away for free on Sundays, they are flavorless and should be removed from the menu. The French fries that I ordered to make it to $10 were also, mediocre. The Coffee/donut shake was ok.

First time at Shake Shack and I had high hopes, but sadly, I was disappointed. The food may look good, but the burger buns were too greasy, the patty was soggy and the vegetables used clearly weren’t fresh. When the fries arrived at our table they were cold already.

I rarely step out of a restaurant and review it. The only time I do that is when I'm incredibly disappointed, bordering on mad. For the record I like Shake Shack, I've eaten here probably a dozen times in my life. Today though... Anyway to the review. First, the way you order through the tablets is fine. However, the tipping option, I would tip fast food during Covid because they're were working but in today's world I don't feel comfortable doing that anymore. Now to the food and service. I wanna say it took like 15 minutes for me to get my food. Both the hamburger and the fries were room temperature and got colder as I went. There was one measly almost limp piece of lettuce on it. It was like they made it then let it sit for 10 or minutes. I couldn't even finish it. Cold fries and a burger not my thing I guess.

tl;dr So far only the standard burger has been good. The shroom burger and chicken nuggets were big no nos. Service and ambiance are nice, but they do not make up for the food quality. I've been here a few times and try something different each time, but unfortunately I can't give the food a very high rating. Standard beef burger: bit on the oilier side with the bun, but the flavor profile is tasty. The burger isn't very large, so I have left feeling barely filled if I don't also get fries. Fries: Nothing to write home about. They were a bit plain but not soggy at least. Shroom Burger: Sounded good on paper, but the sauce that it came with was very weird. The mushroom patty itself was fine, but I wasn't a fan of the overall taste. Chicken nuggets 10 piece: Oil city. The box it comes in was already showing oil transfer, so I put a napkin under the nuggets as I ate them. The napkin was SOAKED after several minutes. The batter also did not taste good, as it had a heavy and oily taste. I would not get this again.

Service could be a little better. Had a not so nice experience at this Valley Fair location. I usually don't do 3-star reviews as I'm an easygoing person but if you're tired of working or you don't like your job..... go home or just quit. I asked for extra sauce and the cashier was really rude.

Food is quite nice, just a bit pricy. Especially love the Shack Stack burger. Service is quite typical for fast food. Ambiance is pretty good. Although it is in the mall, it's not in the food court but instead in it's own location which happens to be quite nice. Has both inside and outside seating. Only issue is when it's busy, seating can be a bit of an issue.

Great food stopped in for a mid afternoon snack while running some errands. Service was quick and got our food out promptly! My go to burger is the Double SmokeShack they went a bit heavy on the chopped cherry peppers but can't complain! First time trying the Sunset Lemonade was a bit tangy but overall was refreshing!

I ordered the cookies and cream shake. I ordered it from the kiosk at the front of the restaurant. It was quickly made and served. I was pretty tasty but you can tell the cookie bits were not fresh. I don't think anyone goes to shake shack for fresh ingredients...After an hour of getting through half of it I had a stomach ache.
