After my doctor’s appointment at Kaiser , I'm craving a flat white. My experience at this café was wonderful. I placed a mobile order and upon entering, an employee immediately greeted me while preparing drinks for a group order. Within a minute, another friendly employee asked me what I’d like to order as I stood in front of wrong cashier line.Ralph, who made my coffee, noticed a small spill and carefully replaced the lid before handing it to me at the pickup counter. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and felt welcomed and respected throughout.

Came by the other day for coffee and it was a quick and easy experience. Most coffee shops were closed on Christmas Day or the local shop opted to "update" their opening hours by hand...uh...Ordered a tall latte with extra foam via the app and my drink was ready upon arrival.Parking was plentiful in the strip mall lot. Staff behind the counter were wearing Starbucks aprons and some even opted to wear a mask.The barista that made my drink even thanked me for my order!The latte was decent although the coffee shop seemed a touch overcrowded...

I always enjoy going to Starbucks and getting their blonde espresso seasonal lattes. I like all their holiday pastries, and even though I do mobile orders, the barista at the pick up counter is always pleasant! Meanwhile, at this particular Starbucks, there's a number of tech workers or at least people on computers as well as friends hanging out. Lately there's been some more homeless people around but I'm not too sure what's going on with that and I know the baristas have nothing to do with that so I feel bad for the homeless, but I don't really want to smell them. No offense. Everyone has addiction problems, mines only caffeine. Nevertheless, I got a mobile pick up and I was able to get my items and be on my way!

Employees are rude, manager is even ruder. I followed an employee from clocktower to here shes been serving me coffee for the last 10+ yrs I came to Starbucks they wouldn't even let her make coffee for me. They treated her rudely and today I go in and find out she no longer there. I'll be taking my business to caffinos down the st from now on. Better prices and the customer service is amazing and they remember your names. Caffinos is very family friendly

I'm sooooo disturbed with Starbucks. I went this morning on my way to work and ordered an egg bites, cheese danish, and a caramel brûlée latte with oat milk. Well the cheese danish didn't come out with my order and my bill was over $13. So I told them i should have received it, I ordered it and my bill was $13. They proceed to say I wasn't charged for it, plus I was charged for oat milk instead of regular milk and the extra shot. I said I'm good and left. People get charged extra for non-dairy. WTF. It's bad enough they're outrageously expensive. But I promise my pockets i will never walk in another Starbucks to buy absolutely anything. I WILL NOT THROW AWAY MONEY TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN.

There are certain drinks I love here, especially during the holidays. I used to get the pumpkin spice latte, but I don't know if they changed the recipe or what. It's awful now. The service is relatively fast on off hours.

Why do the maps say you close at 6 p.m. when in fact you close an hour earlier? Rewrite the time on the maps so people don't just walk around.
