I have loved Tan Cha since it first opened, I usually got mine from Cupertino but since I'm closer to this location today so Imma gives it a try. Honestly, working in a boba shop doesn't need 5 stars customer service, at least to me. But I think this place deserves 2 stars lol. The cashier at 7 pm today, wore a black mask doesn't greet any of us at all, I think which is fine, so I let it go. I gave her a second chance, brought 2 drinks, and tipped $2 and I still haven't heard any "thank you" or "this is your receipt", like girl lol I know you have a long day but everyone deserves a nice service, imagine walking into the store and you feel like they annoyed by you, whose want that? Lol Have a nice weekend young lady

I was eating dinner nearby with my family and I wanted to treat my niece to some milk tea. This place showed up on the map, so we decided to give it a try. The inside of it has ample seating, so it is a nice place to hang and chill out if you like to. The cashier was very helpful to me, answering all my questions I had about their drinks. I eventually opted for the strawberry creamio. Strawberry Creamio: I wanted something fruity and strawberry flavor so this was my try. Honestly, it was just ok to me. It's a strawberry slushy with cheese foam at the top. I added lychee jelly to make it a bit sweeter, which I am glad I did. The strawberry slushy part lacked much flavor and tasted more like ice. It was cold but other than that, didn't get much out of it. My niece got a super fruit tea and that looked more appealing than my drink. Still, it was ok. Overall, I may come back here again and def try something different.

Spot came up as the top hit for boba while I was in the area... Menu was confusing to say the least. Not the ordinary boba shop. Lots of choices with the foam topping... seasonal drinks too which sound fun. Person at the register was nice to walk me through it all. Downside here is no nondairy milk choices. Got the taro smoothie which has a blend of coconut and milk, 25% sweet. Delish and refreshing. Added agaragar boba as an option.

Not Busy at all when we walked in on a Sunday evening. A couple of people sitting & a few people waiting to get their drinks. Seems like they have a cashier & someone preparing the drinks, but I feel like at every boba establishment, you have to wait either way. Our drinks also didn't take that long to come out, so that was great. Very cute inside if you want to sit down and enjoy your drinks, lots of seating. They have different types of series, flavors of boba to try, a little overwhelming unless you know what you're craving. If I'm in the area, I would be back to try some other drinks on the menu. Parking won't be an issue, because it's located in a shopping plaza.

Got the Uji Matcha with Cheese Foam and Royal Ceylon tea with Tiramisu! They are two of their most popular drinks for a reason. As a matcha lover, I would definitely get the matcha again and their cheese foam is really good. Came after work around 3pm on a Wednesday, so the store was mostly empty and the barista was very polite and fast to make the drinks.

I've had a mishap with my order. But I still gave this store 5 stars because:- fast service - really fast and GREAT quality- best mango creamio smoothie- the milk tea and brown sugar were great.- nice and comfortable seating areaNote to the store: need to add more boba in the drinks.*Having to edit review to 4 stars because the mango creamio ordered today (2 drinks) was not smooth (had big pieces of ice) the service we received from the lady Jessie wasn't good either - I regret tipping.

The drinks were super good!! I got the tiramisu drink and my friend got one of the taro drinks, both were good and very flavorful. Staff were also really nice! They have unique drinks and it was the first place I've seen with tiramisu, craving it a lot so I will definitely come back! Parking is very easy and the store itself is nice and spacious, and good to chat/ work.

This is a solid boba shop! On a weekday afternoon, they whipped up my order in less than 3 minutes. Boba was pleasantly chewy. The space is airy and they keep it clean. Spacious enough for getting work done or having a chat with friends. The bathroom is available to customers (ask for the code). Tan-Cha is located in a large shopping center, so there's no issues with parking. Will come back if I'm in the area.

I loved the matcha brown sugar boba I ordered! The staff were kind and it was a really cute boba spot. My drink wasn't too sweet (I ordered 50% sugar) and I really enjoyed the rich matcha flavors. I am pretty picky with my matcha drinks because they can either be too watered down or too sweet but this was perfect. The boba was soft and chewy and all of this comes in a nice reusable cup. Pretty pricey but that is starting to become the standard. I thought it was pretty tasty and would come here again to try their other drinks.
This place does look very nice, however the quality of drinks is inconsistent, sometimes you would get a very sweet drink and sometimes you get no sugar at all.

The Royal Ceylon Milk Tea with Tiramisu Puff Cream was truly a treat. The seamless blend of foam and milk tea resulted in a delightful and delicious surprise. Despite its sweetness, the milk tea taste remained prominent, complemented by the flavorful, salty tiramisu foam. I also tried their Brulee Milk Tea with boba, and it tasted great too. The interior offered a pleasant ambiance, contributing to an enjoyable overall experience.

The tea here is decent but service is horrible. I've tried going back multiple times but am disappointed by the absolute lack of customer service every time. I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to the Cupertino location next time I want some Tan-Cha instead of coming here.
