Huge overwhelming menu. Huge overwhelming portions. What else do you need?Great, authentic tasting Filipino food here. I recommend the silog plates, especially the one that lets you sample a few different meats. Comes with garlic rice, fried egg, and veggies. Lumpia was tasty too! Also they make some nice Asian flavor mimosas (think lychee, mango, etc).Go check it out!

Tapsilog Cantina is a very down to earth place. Like it's name implies, it's more of a canteen type of eatery. Doesn't mean it doesn't deliver, just wanted to set expectations to folks out there wanting a more formal dining experience. To the food, which was very tasty btw, they do have a lot of options. I ordered the sisig version, my wife ordered the beef tapa, the real tapsilog! Anyway, the service was pretty friendly and the food was served at the right time. Will be back!

Was craving filipino food, and decided to try this spot. Love the variety of options on their menu. And the food was made fresh and ready in just 10 minutes for takeout (they also have plenty of seating at the restaurant for dine-in). The staff was friendly and very efficient. The pork sizzling sisig (mild) was tasty and not too fatty which I appreciated. The bistek a la carte was a bit disappointing, the meat not as tender as I would have liked, and slightly lacking in flavor. And the serving size didn't really match the cost. The food here's not bad, and I wouldn't mind trying other items. Based on value for what you get, I'd give 4 stars.

Man I'm a damn good cook. One night I was too lazy after a long shift. So I ordered some at this spot. Garlic rice is mushy, the bangus and tapa does not have the proper balance in flavor. Do better. Here's a tip. Bake your tapa after marination to make it tender.

I had a long week and decided for a new experience from a spot nearby I had seen in passing. Tapsilog is some really delicious comfort food! I had it delivered but I'm sure it's even better when you're there. It was hot and very well made, obviously freshly cooked and made to order. I will definitely be visiting in person soon. Ate it too fast for pictures!

Easy to park in their lot, plenty of outdoor seating where you can bring dogs, extensive menu, very friendly service, and huge portions! What more could you ask for?? They even gave us complimentary mimosas during the niners game haha they're so nice! Side note: their bathroom is around the corner in a separate area so it's a little hard to find

The menu was overwhelming. Seems like you want to order everything on the menu, but the owner/cook suggested the bilao where we can choose 2, 3, and 4 different types of meat with rice, 2 eggs, and salad. It was the best choice we made. We're able to taste 6 different types of meat on the menu. We will definitely go back with the family. There's more good food to try. The owner/cook is so nice and friendly. He took care of us.

Great place if you're ever craving Filipino breakfast! We came on a Saturday during lunch and it was pretty busy. There was a large group having kamayan (a huge spread of different foods laid out on banana leaves). I've been looking for a place that serves that! We got one plate with pork adobo and another with lechon. The lechon was nice and crispy and the adobo was flavorful, but the cuts of meat had a lot of fat to it. Each were served with garlic rice, over easy egg and cucumber. They have a tray with bottled sauces, hot sauces, vinegar, etc. taking off one star because the lumpia wasn't as crispy or flavorful as I thought it would be. I would recommend passing on that if you've had authentic lumpia. I would love to come back and try more of their traditional dishes!

Great spot to get some filipino food!I've been to the Campbell location, but since moving, I'm down the street from the Santa Clara location! Two of us weren't too hungry, so we shared a combo 1:-pork sour sinigang soup-crispy pork belly lechon-garlic rice-scoop of ice cream (gluten free)Soup was super sour and piping hot. Very good. The pork belly was crispy and melted in my mouth. Garlic rice was fine. Scoop of ice cream was really tasty, since I'm lactose intolerant, it was good to have an ice cream to finish off the meal that wasn't too sweet. You can't pick, so it is whatever they have that day. I believe mine was a rocky road.Karan was serving us and cooking as well, hopping back and forth. He was friendly and attentive. There is an added 4% cost of living allowance added to each bill.Large parking lot with pretty tight spaces.Excited to be a regular here!
