Portion was small, chicken was overcooked. Bathroom floor was sticky. Large pho is about medium everywhere else.

Came as a party of two on a Saturday evening (~5 pm) and were quickly seated. Only a couple other customers were there. We ordered the #16 and #38 and the food arrived very quickly (almost suspiciously quickly), in less than 10 minutes. My suspicions were confirmed, as the food was warm (not hot). The rice rolls for #16 were lukewarm, and the fish cakes were room temperature and a little hard, as if they had been sitting out and were not freshly made. Other than that, the yam tempura felt freshly fried, and the flavors of all the components were good. The #38 also seemed to be freshly made though, none of the vegetables were old; the barbeque pork was tender and flavorful, and the vermicelli not overcooked.Just keep in mind that some of the dishes (depends on what you order) like the vermicelli bowls are a little more mild in terms of taste, so dress it up with the complimentary sauces they provide you on the table (sriracha, hoisin, fish sauce).Overall a pretty solid place for some vietnamese food if you're looking for something other than pho, which I appreciate.

The food might be decent but the service not so much. The banh cuon is good but probably not enough for me to come back for.

Pho is always the comfort food for me. I’m really into rice noodle, crunchy texture one.

Super easy to order online and pick up.Food was hot and delicious. Everyone was super nice.If you order from their website, they won't make your food till you are in the store so your food is still really hot when you pick it up. I love that they do this.

I’m a frequent customer of this location. However, last night I placed a pick up order at 08:20 pm, picked up at 08:45 pm. They close at 9 pm.Ordered grilled pork and shrimp vermicelli bowl and their Tây hồ bánh cuốn special..Both items were so cold and the portion was tiny, they gave me what seems to be left over meat, steamed pork, and random leftover vegetables. The vermicelli was obviously just pulled out of the fridge. The bánh cuốn did not have all 3 of the different types and again, both portions are less than what I usually get.Don’t accept orders if you are low on the ingredients. It was extremely disappointing, especially after a long day of work.

Brand thief. They’re dishonest when claiming the name and specialties to themselves. The banh cuon tastes way different than the authentic banh cuon Tay Ho in Vietnam (in a negative aspect).

This is a Vietnamese restaurant. Food was kind of plain, used a lot of the table sauce to give it flavor, service was so-so, price wasn’t bad. Wouldn’t come back but not the worst choice around I’m guessing.

I've come here more than 5 times and every experience has been amazing. Food is yummy, very filling portions and good price. Not that I've explored all the Vietnamese restaurants around town, but easily one of the best ones I have been to.
