This has got to be the worst Habit in the south bay, possibly the entire bay area. They close early for your inconvenience, I got the caesar salad with added bacon and they gave me browned lettuce (which also came shredded unlike other locations), they were shady with the ranch sauce even though it was included with my order, service is non-existent (I was tempted to go behind the counter and pick up my order myself as I saw it sitting there on a tray without any employee in sight), and 2 of the 3 self-order kiosks were broken. The saving grace this past Sunday was their tempura green beans which were hot, crispy, and delicious, consistent with what I usually get at other Habit restaurants. I'm giving a very generous 3 stars cuz I believe that most of the issues I mentioned are easily fixable. But I probably won't be returning to this location anytime soon.

Stopped here for lunch after our baby girls cheer competition. We were going to take it to go but the place was so open as. Friendly we decided to stay and eat. I had the Santa Barbara burger. Ok don't call me greedy I really didn't realize it was two patties I was getting it because of the sourdough bread and avocado. Yet I will admit I eat the whole thing. It was just too good to stop. LOL. I tried the tempura string beans. Not the favorite. Yet that strawberry limeade and pineapple mango mix was da bomb!!! Yes I went there !! LOL

I generally like burgers from Habit, but this particular store keeps missing to honor customization requests (like no grilled onions). Filing a complaint to the corporate office used to make things right, but not any more (they don't respond). If you don't take customization requests, please stop showing that option in the app. [Edit 1/19/24] Habit reached out to me with copy-n-paste to ask if I have any "additional" feedback (yes, without addressing the "original" feedback). I responded saying I have no "additional" feedback besides what I've already sent via the feedback form in their email, which they just totally ignored. They tried to collect my email address for a free burger then. I don't really need burgers with grilled onions, so I asked them if they promise to honor "simple" customizations which they actually offer in the app, and they stopped responding. If you don't customize anyway, don't ask. If you don't listen to feedback, don't ask. As I said. I have no time to talk to a wall.

Came here to say this place is great! Great service, great food, great atmosphere. Was looking for something new to try and we decided to eat here. Long story short we were back two times within 8 days. Tried about 6 different things from salads to burgers. Everything was great.Thanks

Food 3/5. Is it just me or did the charburger become really small. Service 1/5. I ask for ranch and they threw one in the bag. Came home to ranch cover popped open with ranch covering all my food. Not pleasant.

I had this a while back and it pretty good. The onion rings were not the best tasting in my opinion but it was still good. I got the charburger and loved it. I suggest this to anyone their food is great and you can see the kitchen which is always super clean.

A good basic burger joint. Clean facility, quick service. Taste was decent but nothing to write home about. The grilled onions was a good touch, American cheese wasn't.The pickles and jalapeños was a good touch.Convenient, near to several workplaces, so likely will visit again.

As others have said, the attitude from the workers can be less than satisfactory. I tried to order at the counter because I like to customize my order, and the cashier told me to order at the kiosk. When I asked if I can order at the counter, he said "you can but come on" and disrespectfully gestured to the kiosk. And as others have said, proceeded to talk crap in Spanish. When my food was ready, I asked for another ranch, it was like pulling teeth to get an additional ranch. The food is great and I love The Habit, however, the service at this location in particular is bad.

I got a Caesar Salad with Fried Chicken to-go. I used The Habit app to order (which is so convenient) and I ordered for in-store pick up. The food was made before the pick-up time, and the pick-up process was very smooth. I went in and just grabbed my order although no one at the counter checked if it was my order (hopefully no one steals orders haha). The dish tasted very good! I ordered the Caesar dressing on the side because I can control the amount to add in. One thing was that the croutons seemed to have a different seasoning added to it, which I never had on any of my other salads :( It was like a little spicy and way saltier. But other than that, everything else was good!! The fried chicken was cooked so well :)
