I don't enjoy giving poor ratings but this food was not worthy of being sold. The server was quite friendly though. I got the burrito with carnitas. The tortilla was soggy, the meat was dry, and the entire burrito was completely lacking in any flavor. I wish I was exaggerating, but it was possibly some of the blandest Mexican food I've ever had in my life. Really hope the people running this place change some things with the recipes they're using

No customer serviceNo recovery serviceTheir vibe is super offFood is bland and has no flavorChipotle is the most white washed "Mexican" restaurant and chipotle is way better than this place.I bought two tacos today, each taco is 4.25$ they only put the meat, cilantro, salsa and onions, I got the most disgusting, hard and old tortillas in my tacos, when i asked them to remake them, they gave me so much attitude and besides making me wait, they still made them but this time, the tortilla was SUPER cold and soft as if they gave me the most soft tortillas on purpose. I ate them because what the hell, but they were not tacos anymore, they were more like cold chilaquiles. Never again!

Salty tamales fall apart. Better Mexican at chipotle

Does anyone there actually taste the food before serving it? I got a vegetarian burrito which one would think would be hard to mess up. The black beans were hard, the vegetables were partially cooked and the whole thing was flavorless. I asked for the tomatillo (spicy) salsa and received raw tomato salsa which I specifically said I did not want. That and a horchata was almost $20.00. For almost $20.00 that burrito should have been epic. If you don’t care about the food you’re serving you shouldn’t be in business.

Fantastic! By far the best truck that has stopped by the Tesla Engineering building. Carnitas were spot on! Ate my tacos too fast to grab a picture but maybe next time. Bravo Oaxacan Kitchen!

Not real Oaxacan food. They can't even spell these menu items correct. Food tasted terrible. Wished I could give them under one star

The food is amazing here!! I love how they offer great quality, organic ingredients. The food at this food truck is delicious AND healthy. I felt amazing after eating the food for lunch, and not weighed down and lethargic like you typically feel from eating carb heavy/unhealthy food. Its seems like its rare to find a food truck that offers great ingredients and healthy food options. Keep on providing excellent food guys! I cannot wait to eat here again!

Fresh, organic, and delicious food. The fresh pressed corn tortillas, barbacoa, churros, fried plantains, and agua frescas are especially good! If you like your food real spicy, definitely get the piquín salsa.

Food wasn’t good (bland tacos and beans not cooked enough). Unfriendly service. Sky high prices. Would never go back.

Food was 40 minutes late from preorder. It’s was cold and people preparing food did not wear gloves. N thanks.
