BEWARE! I bought A $30 gift card from these idiots and went to go use it today and it was blank. The other store I was at tried several different ways to see if it had any money on it and it kept coming up with $0 so it was never loaded with $30 I put on it. He said it was nearly impossible to not load a card after paying but there's no promise the cashier gave me the card that was loaded. Very easily could have put a different (blank) card in the envelope. There's no way for me to prove anything because I left the store without actually checking the balance on the gift card... but who does that? I also did not take my receipt. Lesson learned stay away from this Togo's!!!

Restaurant itself is just okay.Food and service were great, very friendly and fast.Turkey cranberry and meatball subs were great. Better than subway, except the cookie... subway has the sandwich shop cookie market cornered.

Togo's near Great America in Santa Clara is a satisfactory option for a quick and straightforward sandwich. It may not be the most extraordinary or memorable dining experience, but it gets the job done when you're looking for a simple and convenient meal.

Togos is always Togos. This place is about as consistent as it gets. Got the Pastrami Rueben. Tasted good. They put enough pastrami it's filling. This store is clean on a regular basis. I'd recommend

Produce and meats are fresh, bread is hit and miss, does not seem fresh most of the time and sometimes is very stale. Service is ok but not incredibly friendly or helpful. Store is cluttered with a random desk area barriered with a short wall railing around it on the left side of the store that blocks usage of a good portion of the dining area. The floor area behind the desk is very dirty, not cleaned and is only a short distance from food prep area.

I really like TOGOs sandwiches, but this location is not good at all. They forgot to prepare our online order, which was fine. But they also messed up all the sandwiches in our order. Wrong ingredients, disproportionate ingredients along the bread, and forgot the mayo on one of the sandwiches.The store was not as clean as expected.

Pretty standard sandwich, it's edible. I would never order food there but my company ordered them for us, can't really complain much about free food, but again, it was just edible. It's a dry sandwich with normal carbs to protein ratio.

The only reason I'm giving a 2 star is because the worker named Jesse was super nice to me. But went in here today for lunch and ordered a sandwich to go I told the lady named Maggie who made it that I wanted the sandwich hot but she continued to bag it up and give it to me cold. When I told her I asked for it hot she gave me soooo much attitude and said I never asked for it hot when I clearly did. She raised her voice at me and gave me the dirtiest look. Horrible customer service! Luckily enough, her coworker Jesse stepped up and said he'll put it in the oven for me. He was so nice and helpful but Maggie needs better customer service cause she is terrible!!
Very good menu options. Good service. Sufficient parking space. Really enjoyed the taste of the sandwitch. I would recommend.

I was attending a graduation at Great America and wanted to eat something quick and good. I love the togos close to my house as it is clean and professional. They have high standards. This one I will avoid. I was very surprised when I walked in. At the start the patio tables were stacked up and in the side. Then the tables inside were stacked up as well. There were boxes on top of them so it seemed it was stacked up for a while. The place didn't look clean. As I walked in, one of the employees was putting garbage in the garbage can. Usually I would see them take out garbage, but this was the opposite. The problem was his shirt. He looked like he made a lot of sandwiches and his shirt was dirty. I mean there was a lot of crud on his shirt. I started wondering if that crud could fall into the sandwiches. The good thing was that I say him wash his hands afterwards. The guys were friendly and it seemed that they worked hard to please the guests. I also ordered my sandwich online so that was good. The issue is that I ordered it with no onions and there was onions. Until they raise their standards, I will not return to this shop

I went to this for lunch as it is a close walk from the convention center. We went in with about a group of 7 of us. I kid you not they made all of our sandwiches within 5 min. The workers hands were going so fast it almost created a portal to another dimension. Needless to say, super great service. And the sandwiches were great as well!

The pictures of food are pretty deceiving, The only reason I have two stars is because they were generous with protein, Honestly the sandwich I ordered, "cheese steak" was very bad! I'm a big fan of cheese steaks and I've had frozen cheesesteak sandwiches better than this, meat is sliced paper thin, it's leaking an excessive amount juice outta the bottom onto my once clean lap. Could have been contained if it wasn't so much fluid, By the time I got to my second half I could not eat it because the bun had soaked through, I ate in the parking lot 3 minutes after receiving my order. Bad food is only reasonable if it's cheap I paid 20$ for my sandwich chips and a drink, The bbq chips and the drink were the best part. I've paid so much less for amazing sandwiches elsewhere, no reason to come back here
