I absolutely love the Japanese cheesecake here and didn't miss an opportunity to stop by when I was visiting the area. This location is a quick service spot in the mall. The staff are quick and friendly. I got an original cheese tart and an original cheesecake, and both were delicious. The cheese tart filling was a bit soft, but tasted lovely. Just know that it is pretty sweet. The cheesecake is a perfect dessert if your preference is "not too sweet."

Love these cheesecakes! Their tarts were Scrumptious too! I'm diabetic but my sugar didn't spike up as these was more like a soft sponge cake but at the same time a cheesecake.. It was light and fluffy and not too sweet! Will definitely come back and try the other flavors!

FOOD: We got the pandan coconut cheesecake. My mom, boyfriend, and I tried it and thought it was decent. It wasn't bad, but not our type of cake. However, it was very soft and delicate. It tasted a lot like a cake version of the banh bo (Vietnamese pandan honeycomb cake). SERVICE: We came near closing hours on a Saturday and they still had all the flavors available. Since no one else was in line, they were extremely quick--so quick, I didn't notice that she already put cheesecake in the bag even though she was right in front of me! LOCATION: It's located on the second floor of the Valley Fair mall near the men's Macy's and the ShowPlace ICON Theatre.

I don't know how it took me this long to finally try their cheese tarts. Came here around 5pm after work, they ran out of the other flavors but still had a few of the original. The cheese tarts are so cheesy and creamy, it's delicious! They're also not too sweet so it was a nice pairing with some tea from Rabbit Rabbit. The cheese tarts are $4.50 each and worth every penny! I'll definitely try to come back earlier in hopes of trying the other flavors.

The original is good, the matcha is meh. Their cheesecakes are more cheesy than cakey. So if you prefer one style over the other, you have been forewarned. The cheesecakes are incredibly tender. But yeah 15 feels a bit high for the quantity. The service is quick though. There's never a line out of their own fault.

Tried the ube flavor cheesecake and the original cheese tart! It was delightfully soft, melt in your mouth creamy, and not too sweet. :) The cheese tart was definitely more like an American cheesecake. The two flavors I've tried taste pretty similar in terms of taste, so I look forward to trying more flavors! Service was pretty quick, and it's located inside the mall. There are a few tables in the area for eating. Not much ambience, but you do get a great view of people lining up for Ramen Nagi and Marugame Udon. Parking is okay in this mall but can definitely get crowded. The first two hours are free.

My favorite uncle tetsu cheesecake. I love original flavor. So soft jiggle and yummy. Not too sweet like new York style cheesecake.

This place is very good and the cheesecakes are delicious. However, at the prices they have their cheesecakes listed for I think it is quite high for what it is. The service is good sometimes other times it could be better. however, I have came here a handful of times and the cheesecakes are consistent.

I love this place and I love uncle tetsu. Pandan has been my favorite flavor so far, original is also tasty and strawberry was okay. A little pricey at $15 a cheesecake but so worth it.

This location allows for ordering for delivery through their own website. However, at the time the order was supposed to be delivered, I received a cancellation text and email. This really threw a wrench in everything because this was a gift that was supposed to be delivered at a specific time for a LNY celebration. I ended up having to reorder through doordash and the order came several hours later. If this location is not offering delivery through their own platform, they should take the option off of the website so that future customers do not waste their time and energy.

The cheesecake is light and delicious. I feel like it's more health-conscious than regular cake. I've had ube and regular, and I actually prefer the regular. I couldn't taste the ube much.

This is one of my favorite places to get dessert. I prefer the Japanese style cheesecake over the original cheesecakes. It is fluffy and light and not too sweet. The portion size for the cake is decent. I ordered the pandan and oreo one this time. The pandan has a great flavor to it, where it's not too strong, but just enough. The oreo is always good as you can never really go wrong with it.

Top layer is sticked on paper bag at the moment they passed it to me. I asked for exchanging one but they refused in a bad attitude(from the site manager). Taste is ok but bad service. ??

We bought the UBE and Oreo flavor cheesecakes. They are both very delicious! My kids love them so much. In the beginning, I was worried that the Oreo flavor would be too sweet, but turns out just the right level of sweetness. However, considering the size of the cake, it's a bit pricey to me.
