I come here almost everyday! It’s so healthy and I don’t feel bad for eating out when I eat here as they have a lot of options and I get to have my fruits and veggies in my diet. I usually get one of the açaí bowls. Vitality bowls with some extra toppings like peanut butter or blueberries/kiwi and almonds.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available. Anything on the menu can be removed for allergy concerns. Everything is also dairy freeParking: There is usually a lot of parking spots in front. Maybe about 100 and some indoor parking as wellKid-friendliness: Interactive games in store to entertain your kids. And kids menu availableWheelchair accessibility: ADA compliant !

Açaí blend is always tasty! I've tried many açaí places and still like vitality bowls the most. Love the fruits on top and that the acai comes out pretty thick so doesn't melt that quickly if you're doing a take out order. They also make the order fresh so it's not from a premix. Workers are also friendly! They have lots of seating for people studying or working with their laptops. Clean and quiet environment.

I gave them four stars for having the best kids fruit cup. It includes kiwi . I only took one star for the price. My name is Damien, I am 6 years old.

Great place for vegans (me!) and my omnivore colleagues. Clean, helpful, and tasty. What more do you want?

First time trying vitality bowls and it was really good!! I got the vitality bowl with no banana, no granola and added extra strawberries, added blueberries, cacao nibs, bee pollen, and almond butter. I was really excited when I found out you can add or remove topping (of course with extra charge). The space is really clean when you walk in and the worker that helped me was very kind as well.

This is the second time I've ordered a Green Glow Bowl from this location, and the second time they have not put the chicken on the salad. I didn't write a review the first time because frankly I'm busy and sometimes mistakes happen. But twice? Am I missing something? It says "chicken" in the description for this salad. Do I have to make a special request for it? I tried the self order kiosk this time instead of ordering at the register and got prompted to "add chicken" for $3. So I assumed that was to add extra, since the description for this salad INCLUDES chicken. Am I wrong?

So, I recently grabbed some lunch from Vitality Bowls in Sunnyvale, near the Monticello Apartments. Let me tell you, it was like a flavor explosion in my mouth. I went for the Green Glow Bowl, and I'm not even kidding, it's amazing! I also tried the Go Green Smoothie, which was just as yummy. Already thinking about my next visit, and it's not just 'cause it's practically next door to my office. The parking situation is a breeze, and inside, there's plenty of seats. They even have outdoor seating if you're in the mood for some fresh air. Long story short, Vitality Bowls blew my taste buds away. I already plan on ordering both the Green Glow Bowl and Go Green Smoothie next time. With its easy location, parking perks, and relaxing vibes inside and out, it's officially my go-to spot for lunches.

despite all the bad reviews i've read about this place, i think it's a great place. the wait time is long sometimes but it's reasonable when they're making bowls from scratch a lot of people don't appreciate that they make their bowls from scratch and have little to no patience theres going to be a wait time almost anywhere you go.

i went in and ordered a nutty bowl and they messed my order up and it taste like grains of ice, this location needs new workers. I will not return here.

The 2 Dragon bowls I got today was straight juice/water. The bowl should be ice blended but there’s no ice in my 2 bowls at all. Also the young man forgot to add my paid add-on. I’m not going back to argue for the extra $ add on but at least make the dragon bowl base icy next time.

Vitality Bowls has become my favorite place for weekend takeout so I give the food and drink a 5. Everything else though falls below the mark. They seem to skimp on the portions and toppings at this location - their small açaí bowl seems like the kids' size with less toppings at a higher price. One time there was only one employee working - one!! He was scrambling trying to fill orders and help customers at the register. (Too often there's no one at the counter to greet you.) Another time they didn't have the juice I placed a pickup order for. At another location, the same thing happened, and they offered to make a smoothie in the same flavor for me. When I asked if they might be able to do that for me here, I got an "ok but only this one time" kind of response. (Smoothies cost more than juices.)I'm in the area for appointments from time to time and parking is easy, so I find myself here regularly. I'm really hoping things at this location improve as Vitality Bowls has good food and drink.

Pineapple chunks were cut from the center (stem) of the pineapple. The part that you’re supposed to toss away and not eat. Didn’t expect this Expensive bowl to have below low quality ingredients. Even the additional peanut-butter topping was about half a tablespoons worth. Avoid this place. Stay hungry for a bit longer and find better food in the area. This place was definitely not even worth half the price of the bowl.

This place is terrible!Couldn't believe that the manager stopped an employee from making my significant other's birthday bowl.It was the day of his birthday, and even showed the employee his driver's license. It wasn't showing up on the app, and that was the only way to prove that it was his birthday.I'm deleting the app and never going to any Vitality Bowls franchise again.

since it’s convenient and nutritional, i frequent here often for a quick lunch. I came home during lunch break and ordered ahead on the phone so I can pop by and head straight to work. The person on the other side told me my order will be ready in 10 minutes. Great, i arrive there 15 minutes later for pick up. food’s not ready but they ask me to pay - they just need to press the panini. I wait 10 more minutes, no update and now Im running late to work. I asked if I can get a refund because I really have to head out and sounds like my food is nowhere near done. He has to check with the owner because he can’t issue a refund. Few minutes pass, owner comes out and she’s pressing some stuff on the registar. At this point, im getting frustrated - she then says that oh the panini is done, do you want to grab that at least? Im like sure… and then ask her for refund of the smoothie. She goes back to the registar and presses some more and says, we are just blending the smoothie can you wait 1 more minute? At this point, i just grabbed the panini and left to work. I think it’s just so frustrating that refund is so difficult -it just felt like they were distracting me and trying to buy time and not respecting my mine. I already told them I really have to go and they obviously started working on the food when I physically arrived into the store. I felt played — maybe they were trying to help, but I feel like they were using diversive distraction tactics until they can get the food ready, even when I asked for refund multiple times. So yeah, idk maybe i need to go a different vitality bowl location because the food itself slaps.
