really disappointed in this place.Today I visited the mall and I wanted to go buy bites and I accidentally forgot my cell phone and I accept that it was my mistake but what really surprises me is that I returned right there where I know I had forgotten and when I arrived I told the cashier that I had forgotten and he and his other colleague acted as if they didn't know what I was talking about when they saw that I was bothering me, they walked to the back door, they stayed talking and came back to me and told me that it was here. After seeing me told that they did not have it when they gave it to me, my phone was already turned off, where is the humility and honesty of this place? If you visit it, do not forget your belongings because you do not know if they will give them back to you or maybe keep them and the worst part is that their attitude was very un respectful

Once a month in my Sunnyvale Neighborhood, Wetzel's pretzels truck rolls up to eager hungry people just wanting a pretzel.Including me! Pretzels are my childhood favorite and this is a perfect treat. High in calories, ~450 a regular size pretzel. So take a loooong walk afterwards.Friendly staff and clean truck for what little I can see inside.Will eat again and again! ?

Pretzels are very good would recommend I would give it a five star but sometimes the foods a bit cold still very good fast food place.

Wow, $13 for a bland, tasteless, cold "pretzel" (pretzel in quotes because there was nothing pretzel-like about this limp of dough) and a lemonade. Never ever again will my kid talk me into this.

Charged my card two times for two pretzels and a drink ended up paying $48 instead of $24 confronted them about it and they were getting mad at me saying it's a bank problem and the money only went through once on there end when they scanned my card twice. Ridiculous

They were handing out samples of freshly made Cinnamon Bitz. Oh man that was so soft and delicious. It was so good. Staff is pleasant and prompt service. Right across the entrance from CPK and right next door to Starbucks.

The guy that works here is such a horrible example of customer service. He's a shorter, younger guy. But has no etiquette on how to talk. Tells people 10 mins and takes 30. Then gives you attitude for messing up your entire order.
