Overall, wings are good and staff is friendly. Depending on how early you plan to go, call ahead. I placed an order for pick up at 11:30 am, only to show up and be told the store opens at 12:00 noon. Website and storefront both say they're open at 11:00 am. I couldn't pick up my order in the end and am still awaiting my refund.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!I ordered here a couple times and both times something from my order was missing. The most recent time, I ordered delivery and was missing a box of wings and fries.I called the store to help me with this and the store had told me I needed to come into the store to get help. Why would I order delivery and be asked to come into the store to make up for their mistake? I had already paid all the delivery fees and tips.Terrible experience and no accountability for mistakes.

We ordered at the counter. The food took a bit to get but boy was it worth it. Piping hot and seasoned to perfection. Each of us even got an extra wing! Fries were really good too. 10/10

I had ordered a Team lunch online and the website was having some issues. I brought it up when I can to pick up the food and Joanne was so unbelievably patient, kind and understanding. She immediately fixed the problem and jumped into problem solving mode right away to ensure future customers don’t experience the same issue I did. Top service!

Just a terrible experience!I was given the wrong order which I realized after driving 20mins back home.I was told not to keep the mistaken order and come pickup the correct order.Few minutes later I was told to bring with me all the food I have with me.I took the food they checked everything was there and shockingly told me I will have to take back the two dishes that was not a mistake.I told them I was it to be redone because it’s already cold.I wasted my time and gas just to experience this.I will never go back to this wingstop.

The staff is always patient and kind. The food is always delicious. I probably eat here once a week. I always get it to go, but the place is always clean, and I enjoy the soda machine. It allows you to add flavors to your drink like cherry or vanilla.
