I started coming to Woodhams about a year ago in hopes of finding a community bar. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely bartender who also happened to be the owner, Amanda. Her friendly and inclusive energy creates a sense of belonging in this humble and homey bar. One of the biggest appeals is the wide range of folks who come to this bar. Woodhams is for everyone who values community, friendship, good vibes, a sense of humor, and authenticity. It is not an establishment that condones recreational hate speech, so if you're looking for that, keep looking! I cannot recommend this bar enough and I have so much respect for the community that Amanda and all the other staff at Woodhams have built and continue to foster. I am now a committed regular and make a point to tell friends and coworkers about this fantastic establishment. I've made so many friends here, and you will too!

The bartender informed me tat I could not talk about politics. I responded with how about religion?! Really this is ridiculous!! I'm in the USA!! I'll take my money elsewhere and the place will likely have cleaner bathrooms.

Great dive bar. Great staff. Karaoke on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday nights. Fun events with a nice crowd. Jell-O shots. Pool. A great place to hang out with friends and very sober friendly.

This is such a neat little place. Friendly to sober patrons, lgbtq+ folks can feel comfortable here. The Bartenders are sweet and kind, really fun place on Karaoke night. Melissa and Darius are amazing kj's! it's worth a visit if you want somewhere low-key to hang out, play some pool, and if you prefer a dive-y atmosphere. I appreciate the non-gendered bathrooms. Single stalls, locked doors, patrons can use either with seemingly no issue. Its the little things! Super cool to see businesses grow with the times & being a trans person myself, I feel nothing but welcome here by staff and regulars! Overall, I have a great time here when I go. Support local, women-owned businesses ?

We visited this bar yesterday for a couple drinks. Very laid back and casual atmosphere. Interesting decor on the walls and ceiling, including marked dollar bills, and a bit of decorative lighting. Several TVs throughout for watching sports, as well as pool tables in the back, and a small stage near the entrance (obviously not in use on a Wed evening). Music in the background included hits by Red Hot Chili Peppers and similar artists. Service was fine, just one girl working at the bar chatting with guests who seemed to be regulars there. She served us up some decent cocktails, and honored our Yelp check-in discount. Parking was easy in the lot for the plaza. Good experience overall.

A dive bars go, this place is tops. Clean for a dive bar. Friendly and welcoming. Really fun crowd for karaoke. Amanda (owner/bartender/karaoke crooner) works hard and has fun, and welcomes everyone. All the staff I've met have been cool. I also really like that I can walk here from home.
