Not exactly my cup of tea, but I can see it being a hit for the younger crowd. Not going to lie, it tastes good, but it has a very artificial color to it.Pearls / Boba was inconsistent. Some were uncooked and almost rock hard.Service was friendly and fast!

The lack of non-dairy milk options is kind of crazy. Really would’ve love to get the matcha tornado with soy or almond milk.Dietary restrictions: They offered no nondairy milk. So if you’re lactose intolerant, you’re stuck with the fruit teas.

I came here after dinner because I had heard good things about this place. The line was pretty short and I was able to order and get my drink pretty quickly. There's not really an inside cause it's just a counter in the mall. Not a lot of seating available insThere's like two stools at the counter, so they definitely don't expect you to stick around. I got the guava pink oasis with boba and I swear the price for boba just keeps getting higher and higher. The drink itself was delicious! I love guava stuff and this tasted like the real fruit not like artificial guava. However, the boba pearl wasn't very good. It wasn't chewy and it was more hard and crumbly. I would come back here, but only for the drink and not the boba.

Just went here for the first time to order the Hanabi box to take home and ended up waiting 10 minutes while they served 4 people who placed orders after mine. There was only 1 person in front of me when I arrived and they completely ignored my order. Terrible service if you aren't ordering a drink. Still haven't tried the hanabi box but unless it's absolutely amazing, I probably won't be coming back here in the future.

Unfortunately the service doesn't not match the quality of the drinks. The drinks are great but service sucks. In addition they are always out of the coconut zero no matter what time of day it is. You have to come right when they open. Come on guys you should be grateful to be a successful business please step up the customer service.

Amazing staff that exchanged a drink i didn't like. Never ran into a service this level staff was very kind and professional. Special thanks to Jay and his crew.

Don't listen to all the other whiny reviews. This place is great.

We ordered the coco mango and it was pretty tasty. First time ordering here and had trouble figuring out how to insert the straw into the cup! Figured it out and all was fine! :) Tasty and prob would come back!

I'm honestly giving this place four stars because of the croissants lol. The line to get Boba here on the weekends is pretty long, and it seems as though they may be short staffed, but they also have a kiosk from which you can order. I like the option of being able to order in person, without just using the kiosk, in case you want some advice, or to ask a question. It looked like sometimes someone was available to help, but other times, just the kiosk. I got the jasmine blossom tea, which comes with cheese foam and pinenuts, but got it without the pinenuts, since pinenuts seem super weird in tea, but haven't tried it yet. The Boba and tea were fine, but the tea is a bit on the bitter side. I got my Boba half sweet, which worked well enough with the cheese foam. The Boba was fine, but not the best boba I've had. We ordered a pandan almond croissant and a coconut almond croissant for my daughter, and I ended up liking the croissants more than I did the Boba lol. I would probably come back here just for the croissants, not gonna lie. I don't really understand the name of this place, since it sounds like an unfinished name, but all good. It would be awesome if they had some seating here, but there is no seating by this place (located in the mall). I'd come back for the croissants if I'm already at the mall.

If you download the app you get a free drink! Me and my sister ordered online and pick up was ready in ~ 5 ish minutes. I ordered the coco mango with 0 calorie regular sugar. It was pretty good but felt a bit heavy and I struggled to finish the drink.

Tried their matcha tornado with 0-calorie sugar--less sweet, and it's pretty good! It comes out as a matcha slushy with crushed Oreos; the sweetness level is just right, not overly sweet! Overall, it tastes like a dessert to me! You can order with the app and skip the line! There's no seating inside the store, but you'll find more seats upstairs! Don't forget to scratch their sticker on the cup - you might get free drinks or points for next time! This adds a little fun, and I like it.

After trying Zero& in SF, I wanted to try it at Valley Fair while I was already shopping. I ordered Two Grapeful and Strawberry Marble. They have slushie consistencies and I especially loved Two Grapeful. It has a lot of different layers to it (jasmine green tea, cheese foam, grape jelly, and even whole grapes). The sweetness was perfect and not too sweet. I believe the default is cane sugar, less sweet. With the increasing prices of beverages, I really enjoyed Two Grapeful because it feels like you're getting the most bang for your buck. With two great experiences, I have become a fan of Zero& and will not hesitate to get it again!

3.5 stars and yet we continue to return for the Coco Mango ($6.95) which in retrospect is actually a great deal (so rounding up half a star!). I order it 30% and always regret that because it's on the sweet side. This location is essentially all self-service ordering. Note: they do not offer share cups.
