I live over an hour away and purchased a gift card. The location said they do not accept gift cards so I was unable to get anything after driving so far. I called customer service and they said all locations should accept gift cards but they would send an email to the location inquiring why they aren’t set up. In the meantime, I am stuck with a card I cannot use. I will not be returning to this location due to the way the situation was handled and lack of any assistance.

If you don't like customers using rewards then maybe you shouldn't run a franchised business. Had a reward so I wanted to get pretzel nuggets for my son. The reward was for a small so I was OK with it. When I ordered, the manager rung me up and I proceed to scan my barcode with the scanner. Then I hear a "You're supposed to tell me you have a reward beforehand" in a not so friendly tone. Then he tells me that he doesn't have any "small pretzel nuggets" and that it would be about 7 minutes. In my head I'm like "you can't just take some out of the large cups that are just sitting in the warmer?". Anyway, we left with a regular pretzel. Never coming back here again.

I never knew this amazing place was in this mall. Perhaps it is new’ish? The almond pretzel is unbelievable. If you never tried it, you must. Pairs well with caramel, but not required. The line moved very fast, two cashiers, everyone is friendly. Located on the 2nd floor like above I love boba or the main circle where you walk out to the outdoor shops like apple and devil and angel.

Went here on Dec 23 at 4:40pm and the employee was very impatient when I was trying to order. There was no line for him to be impatient and when I tried to seek knowledge regarding pretzel flavors, he seemed annoyed and was not responding properly. I ended up walking away because of the attitude. He did not have a name tag but he is a chubby hispanic guy.

Today I went to Auntie Annes and it was DELICIOUS. The service was good and so was the food. I went there and the guy offered me a combo, this helped me save money. Overall I don't know why they have 2-1/2 instead of 5 stars.

This store has no professionalism at all and no basic customer service skills for those who is willing to use coupons. I presented a coupon that clearly written 'limit one offer per person' and employee said it is 'per family' instead. Also, she said that she was instructed by manager like that. They better not participate the promotion if they don't want to grant customer's coupons.

It's hard to believe this place has lasted through the pandemic considering the pretzels just sit in the warming trays with so little traffic in a mall that was already dying before the pandemic. I had a coupon for a pretzel and figured why not since I was passing through. Regardless of it being free or paying for it, this is not how I remember Auntie Anne's pretzels (unless I'm only recalling the tastiness of Wetzels Pretzels but granted I haven't had them for years either). Pretzel was dry and stale, definitely way overcooked given the color and almost burnt crispness on the outside. The interior wasn't fluffy either and again, just dried out.

The managers here are really rude and seem to speak behind your back in a different language. I've also heard really rude stories from employees that have recently quit. One ex employee said the manager told them "why did they he hire you we thought you were Mexican" just because the employee couldn't speak fluent Spanish. This place has disgusting managers that should be replaced immediately. They also expect you to know how to do your job on the first day with no training or explanation. I don't recommend anyone supporting this business at all.

I love auntie Anne's but the service here sucks! They don't acknowledge your existence if your not white! Two women with black hair never once said Hi or apologize for the wait And some blonde lady on an iPad did the same crap! Just looked at me and never said hi or let the employees know someone's sainting in line. I don't know if it's a race issue or just a generational thing but they aren't friendly
