We ordered 2 New York steak Bento combos.One came out with pink meat even though it was ordered well done and the other order came without the salad rice and everything else that comes with the combo and when they brought out the meat it looks like it was freshly microwaved with boiling splattered sauce on the plate. If you ever overly cook something in the microwave you will know what I mean.We told the waiter and he said no that stick is well done and wasn't denial when you can see the meat was not cooked from a distance.I spoke to the manager about the combination Bento boxes and she just said if you don't understand something then you need to ask with an attitude.Absolutely will not come here again

Service is horrible and I have been a customer for a couple years now. It's always been subpar but now it's just ridiculous. They barely acknowledge your existence when you walk in and there are never more than 2-3 people working in the whole restaurant. I don't know how they are still open. Last nights visit was my final straw.

This was my first time at Babytuna and the service was absolutely terrible. I placed an order for Poke and waited over 20 minutes for my to-go order at the restaurant. I finally asked where my food was and the woman told me it'd be out soon, that's when I watched them finally start my meal. I was the only person in the restaurant until someone else came and was waiting probably just as long as me for for her online order. The food was mediocre and the restaurant looked rundown.

This place is always a bit quiet though it has some of the best sushi I have ever had. While they don't have expensive cuts of sushi, they regularly have excellent Toro rolls and their chili oil and yuzu sauce options are amazing.

I would say that the 1 Star rating is ABSOLUTELY due to the service of ONE of the employees. The young kid with the pink headband that delivered food to the table was so incredibly rude that our entire party of 6 immediately felt like we had pissed him off in some way ( even though we were literally the only people in the restaurant ). The food was decent and the lady that took our orders was nice. But they seriously need to fire that kid. He is toxic. We will NOT return if we see him there.

Omg they have been around for a while now in Saugus, and I have passed by many times thinking that they won't have anything for vegetarian people since it's a sushi spot. Boy, was I wrong! I was alittle under the weather and wanted Pho, and once I got there I placed my order and noticed the sushi menu. Saw a baked veggie roll, she suggested it was worth the try and you wont be disappointed! Ive always been interested to try this place because we love poke and pho.Unfortunately, now we probably wont out of principal.Today we were in the area and my 4 yr old had to go to the bathroom and this restaurant was the closest location to where we were. I politely asked if my daughter could use the restroom and she politely responded "sorry, for customers only."

Service here is absolutely dismal. If this place goes out of business (which they look like they could be close), it's because their service absolutely sucks. I've never picked up food from a place that seemed like they were so unhappy to be selling me food. There was no hello, just a few grunts and some long pauses while they figured out the credit card machine. Prices have also gone up, and they accidentally charged me an extra dollar (that explains the long pauses)...so a lunch combo of pho plus a roll that used to cost me $16 after tax now cost me $20 freaking dollars for average pho and average takeout rolls. NOT WORTH IT. ESP not worth it to pick up food from a person that practically throws eye daggers at you for walking in the door. No thanks, I'll take my $20 elsewhere and buy equally overpriced food but at least I won't feel like a total tool for giving an establishment as rude as this any of my hard earned money.
