Our experience was just okay comparing to previous visits. We had to ask for flatware and napkins. When our food came out one dish was missing the cheese that came on it. We asked a server about it and were told that it didn't come with it. The menu listed it not to mention it was a Philly cheesesteak. Three of our meals came with coleslaw and it was the worst coleslaw we had ever had. Basically plain cabbage. Will probably not be returning.

The only reason why I gave one star was because I couldn't post my review without giving them at least one. It was the worse experience ever. My family and I, a party of nine, were told we would have a hour wait for a table. When the time lapsed surpassed seventy minutes, management was advised in which they did absolutely nothing. Both the staff and management were useless- blatantly ignoring my family's request to be sat. We even offered to break up our party and yet nothing. No one even offered us water. If it hadn't been my daughter's request to dine there for her birthday, we would have left much sooner than we had. My family and I wasted ninety minutes- and not one acknowledgment from any of the unprofessional, immature and rude staff.

Sorry, but this was one of the worst dining experiences ever. I ordered the lunch special, hot ham and cheese and soup combo. The sandwich that came out was sloppily compiled, with one half having almost no cheese. The soup I ordered was the chili, and I was told by the server when he delivered my sandwich that the chili was still being made. After another 15 minutes, by which time I had almost finished the sandwich, the chili arrived. And it was cold and tasted a bit sour. I told the waiter and he took it away and brought me the tomato bisque instead, promising me it was hot. Well clearly the soup had been microwaved, it had a thin layer of nasty oil on top and the soup underneath looked congealed. I took one bite and couldn't eat any more. I actually feel a bit nauseous right now, not sure if it's from the chili or the oily soup. So very disappointed, I will never return again.

After a hot Magic Mountain trip my kids and I had a great late lunch/early dinner at this location. Took advantage of the half off pizza on Monday special and ordered some happy hour appetizers. Food was great and our server was very attentive. Next time we come back to Magic Mountain we will definitely eat here again!

The server was just that. We were very disappointed with the size of our drink glasses, I requested Tall glasses (see photo) not petite. No plates for our shared appetizers. No mini pizzas. The garlic bruchetta knots were not fresh, and tough The table was very sticky and had to be cleaned again. The chicken McNuggets were hard and dry. Now we remember why we quit frequenting this establishment. Just my opinion.

My husband ordered the tri-tip chicken combo and I ordered the ahi salad. His roasted vegetables and mashed potatoes were barely Luke warm. Salad served without wasabi. Took over 12 minutes to get his order back. The manager was walking around the entire time and I never once saw him inquire about how people's meals were. No apology when it was brought to his attention. Basically a poor experience.

Ordered the mini sliders for like $14 and told the kitchen i can't eat meat, they gave me meat one piece of lettuce two pickles and a tomato. Lol, seriously. It even looks like I tossed it around, I didn't. The restaraunt said they would tell the kitchen. The service was rude when I called about the issue. Money would've been better spent at a jack in the box for a 1/4 of the price.

Every time I have come here with my family, we have been very pleased with the food and service at this location. Tasty food and good service, that's all it counts! I really recommend this restaurant.
Placed an order via the app for a clam chowder bowl, a broccoli cheddar bread bowl and a kids mini corn dog meal. Got an eta for 9:20pm. Got to the restaurant for pickup at 9:18pm, but food wasn't ready until 9:46pm. Almost half a hour from the estimated time. While I do understand things happen, communication was poor and I was only informed that "the order is being packed" and "they are working on the chowder". Had I known the chowder was going to take a longer time, I would've ordered something else. A disappointing trip.

Quite disappointing. I ordered takeout of salad, pizza, cookie and beer. The order took way longer than estimated. Then the order came, I walked back to the hotel and found no beer or utensils. I went back, reported the problem, and was handed the beer and a bunch of knives and spoons. I said "how am I supposed to eat salad with spoon's?" The takeout desk said "We're out of forks". Now the food. The pizza (flat bread) was now cold, not crisp and not very good. The salad was good. Cookie was ok. Overall, poor experience. Maybe eating in is a better experience. Won't be bookmarking this place.

Pizookie we ordered last night was made horribly, cookie was burnt on bottom and they didn't even care to spread it evenly in the to go container. usually they do a good job, but this time it looked like they even care to make it look it nice or appealing. Never order it again

Have to give this location props. I drove from Northridge last night to get takeout because you are leaps and bounds above my closest BJ's in Woodland Hills. Had Parmesan crusted chicken and it is always breaded to perfection, good amounts of toppings, veg, and sauce, and the mashed potatoes are delicious. I will drive twice as far to patronize this location over and over.
