So last time I came here I'm 2020 I did not have a good experience , I came back today 3/21/2024 and let me tell you complete turn around ! We arrived at 7:50 pm , we were greeted by the kindest man , and sat almost immediately , our waiter ( the sweetest , tall , gentleman with a shaved head - im so sorry I can't remember his name) he asked us if we had been there before , which we have , and he said perfect you know the big portion deal! He reccomened two delicious drinks which we ordered the Roman tiki and a sparkling sangria both amazing, great alcohol content and taste ! We than proceeded to order the brusccetta which was huge and SO GOOD , the chicken stuffed with procuito and cheese with a pesto sauce also amazing, and the frute di mare pasta which really exceeded my expectations because usually my favorite pasta is the San Remo pasta. Of course for two people the price seems crazy but people need to realise that if portioned correctly even though the small sizes say feeds 3 people it could easily feed 4/5 especially when sharing multiple plates. The ambiance is also amazing there's almost no where else like it the decor is so cute , the lighting is a perfect tone , and what people need to realise that the art isn't vulgar , its historic. Just absolutely a great vibe , great staff, and I know the chefs and cooks are also on point because as a chef myself the food was amazing . Highly reccomend for date night , family dinner, or dinner with friends !

Service was on point. Food was delicious, I had the Apple Gorgonzola salad and my wife had the Cheese Manicotti. You will love them both! My salad was huge!

Great food! Service was excellent from Joe! And it was busy everyone was working together like a beautiful ballet choreography. I love their Marguerite pizza, calamari, bruschetta and the the baked rigatoni was delicious! We had a tequila shot because they also have a full bar which is awesome! Desert is a must have here! We ordered their sundae which comes in an oversized martini glass that you can share with 4 people... yummy! I love this Buca and it's location. It's by the movie theatre and mall so you can end your day with lunch or dinner here and you can't go wrong!! Make sure Joe serves you and leave him a good tip he worth every dime! Thanks Buca!

Overall very nice dining experience. We were seated within five minutes of arrival. Our server was friendly and efficient. Food took a little longer than expected, but it was a holiday and I expected nothing less. Food was good. Huge portions. It was a very nice night out on the town.
The service was great, and the food was absolutely phenomenal! For anyone who loves geniune pasta and pizza, this is the spot! Highly recommend the Meatball Ritolla Pizza.

I went to lunch today with my wife and nobody was there to greet or seat us for dining. My wife began looking for anyone working and found the host in the kitchen who followed her back to the host station. He said the wait would be 5–10 minutes and left. After waiting 15 minutes along with another couple who came in behind us also wanting to be seated,I went back to the dining area to see the cause for extended delay. Out of approximately 50 dining tables, only 6 were occupied by guests. I looked, but couldn’t find a server or the host anywhere. I kept looking and found the host again in the kitchen and he asked what I wanted. I told him that both my wife and I had been waiting for 15 minutes with nobody to seat us and I found the dining room nearly empty. He said he didn’t have any servers to assist and ask me to continue waiting. Well, this was the lunch hour and at 12:15 my wife and I decided to leave. It was clear this was only be the beginning of poor service that would result in a protracted lunch time. It’s unfortunate, but due to inadequate staffing and poor service, I could not recommend Buca di Beppo.

This restaurant smells like either open sewer or stale mop water depending on where you are in the restaurant. Something is going on with the drains because it's not the usual dirty carpet smell that almost all Buca's have (the wool carpet that needs cleaning more often). I hope they do something about it soon.
Our waiter Joe really made our time at Buca's super special. I don't think we've met such a friendly, kind waiter like him. He gave us really outstanding service and because of him we had an exceptional time. Thank you, Joe, for making our experience at Bucas a great one!

It's such a fun place for birthdays. Joe was at our table twenty times helping us with anything we needed. Joe-- an angel! A light for my dad's birthday lunch! :) and atmosphere is so fun and cute. Big family size
