First time at Rio's. Terrible experience!! Ordered a taco s la cart,as u go down the line they confuse u by asking what you want in the taco. At the end they charged me 11.99 for the taco. Spoke w manager she took the taco back and refunded my money. Terrible experience. Will never come here again. Menu it's very confusing.

For $15 dollars now you're just basically getting lots of lettuce in the Salad..We wouldn't mind paying the $15 but at least put more of the good stuff, Rice,Beans, Meat...don't just fill it with lettuce.. If that was the case we could just be buying lots of lettuce from the grocery store.. This is what was left from all the overly filled lettuce we got...

Guy making my burrito wrapped it so bad that when I picked it up it literally fell apart. And the excuse the guy made was "our burritos are meant to be eaten with a fork and knife" mind you I got my burrito DRY! No accountability for wrapping my $15 dollar burrito like shit. Good luck staying in business with the way this location is being managed.

I was looking forward to trying a taco for Taco Tuesday. But a lost my appetite after seeing all the ingredients just left on the containers. It was all three area's the cook top, topping area and the main ingredients. I was shocked that there was not a manager on duty that had the sense to say " let's stop for a few minutes and clean up this area during business hours. I felt like a would get sick if I ate food mixed with the dirty contents. Looking forward to eating there when standards are meet.

First time here I can't see myself ever coming back. I told the guy that it was my first time and he totally rushed me out the door. There wasn't even a line and he was straight up yelling at me trying to take my order without providing any guidance on what the options are or going over the additions in an order. Just "what do you want?!" No "any salsa? Any sour cream?, etc" then I got charged an arm and a leg for some mid chicken quesadilla. I can get way better from some random stand for less money with better service.

So they got my order wrong, but they quickly fixed it and even let me keep the old one. The workers looked super busy and stressed but were still patient with my youngest sister who has special needs.Thank you so much!

First time trying Cafe Rio. Did take out with the Barbacoa burrito. It's 90% rice and beans and 10% meat. Very expensive to have such a bad experience. Would honestly rather chipotle and I'm not a fan of them. The photo I posted is half the burrito opened since i wasn't getting meat

When you walk in you see the prices, and all the prices and descriptions say: Your choice of meat leading you to think whatever meat you pick you won’t be charged extra.Then they turn around and charge you extra! On top of that when my wife tried to pay they rushed her and didn’t read back the order. And they didn’t give a receipt.The bill was $55! $55 for a family of fourat Chipotle style restaurant! Mainly because of the bogus meat charges. Good food but buyer beware!

This location is such hit and miss. Like tonight it’s rude workers telling you you can’t do it that way and that you have never had it that way. We got a email for buy on get one free and they skirt around telling me I need to pull it up in the app when the app also is so hit and miss. Sometimes it opens and sometimes it doesn’t. Anyway we will take our money somewhere else.

The very first employee that created us was a young girl who wore glasses and had the most amazing smile. She first apologized for the wait and then gave us amazing service.
