I come to this CPK every once in a while, and it’s really a hit or miss. First off the wait for 2 people was 40 minutes long, we got here at 5:55ish and were not seated until 6:40, then we did not receive our waters until the appetizers came at 6:57pm. We also asked for a refill for our water 3 times (which he did not bring out) and bread, which was never given. I understand that the restaurant was busy, I worked in the food service industry myself back in the day so I understand being busy and forgetting things sometimes. But we watched our server tend to the table in front of us multiple times, check in on them and so on, while he never checked on us till we called him for our check (which took another 10 minutes for him to get, but funny enough he came back with my water with the check..)As busy as the restaurant is, you would assume they would want to hire more servers, to help reduce the wait time, or improve the customer service/ experience.I honestly haven’t experience this bad of service in awhile, but I now understand why my family and friends say they would rather go to the Burbank location than here.

Yesterday I went and the server did not check on us NOT ONCE after our order. I had to get up to ask for parmesan and ranch. Pizza and drink I got were not even good! And I was seated in a seat that was ripped. Won't be coming back.

We always get a good and consistent meal at any CPK location and after a few years of ordering delivery from our local store we finally had the chance to dine in person. It was a great experience. The food was on par with what we had at other locations, the service was great and everyone was happy. We especially appreciate that there are gluten-free options. My wife enjoyed her mushroom pizza on their gluten-free crust.I especially enjoyed the Neapolitan Burrata Pizza...a limited-time special which was on par with the pies that we recently had in Naples Italy. (Though cooked a little longer than they do there so you could actually pick up the slices and not have to fork and knife it.Our kid who, wasn't in the mood for pizza, liked the Garlic Cream Fettucini With Mushrooms and it's good to know that, despite the fact that it's got "pizza" in the name, it's a restaurant with a full menu of things to choose from so there are options for everyone of every diet.We also love that they partner with local organizations to help raise funds. We were brought to the spot because it was a fundraiser for a group we're involved with and a percentage of our bill was donated to the organization. Thanks CPK for the community-minded partnership.P.S. They also have really delicious vegetarian soup options!

This was my first time eating at this restaurant chain. We came on the recommendation of my cousin. I must say that the food was excellent. We all had pasta and shared a salad and everything was delicious. The waitress was very polite but after she took our order we only seen her 1 more time. She told us they were baking fresh bread and would bring it out as soon as it was done, no problem. a different person brought our salads and meals out and we asked about the bread and she said she would check, never came back. Half way through our meal was asked a man who was bringing bread to another table if we could have some too. He also never came back. We finished and waited for our check and had to go to the counter. They never cleared our dishes after our salads and we had to stack them in the corner to make room for our big plates of pasta. They were busy in there but we spent $100 for a nice time and we were a bit disappointed in the service.

This is the second time the service has been disappointing at the Valencia location. I stood at the takeout counter waiting to order while an employee ignored my existence without a single word for several minutes. I placed my order and asked for cheese, I was told I’d be charged extra for cheese and was given about 1 ounce of cheese for $1.00. I also requested bread with my order and was told that CPK allows one piece of bread per meal. Let me just say, I spent about $70 for 3 pastas, cheese and a 2 small pieces of bread. The food was okay but definitely did not make up for the poor service!

On Wednesday (2/7) at around 3:10 pm, my friend and I picked up CPK. Kyle was so polite on the phone and promptly brought our orders out to the car. He was so nice and professional!

Always a family favorite! Avocado egg rolls is a must! We ordered 2 for appetizers (there's only 4 of us) plus we still had our main courses! Yummm

Awful. Cold and underdone pizza. Lemonade used to be great but it was fizzy and tasted like grapefruit soda. Very overpriced. That was my last try at this place. Just bad all the way around.
