The food is always tasty, done well. But the wait time sucks! It never fails! I'm asked to park my car in front of their double doors W EVERY TIME I come here. I don't think there's ever been a time that they actually hand me my food. Today, I only ordered 3 combos and they asked me to park, even though it tool 10 minutes for me to make it to the window to pay, so now I'm waiting 15-20 mins for my food. Again, this is every time, not just today. The lady at the window said they're short staffed, well it's been a year of this so someone needs to do some hiring! It's especially like this in the evenings, there.. I said it!

I went to this Carl's Jr expecting a one star memory BUT I left as a very satisfied five star customer. I don't do a lot of chain, fast food but that will change after this visit.I can tell you that this is NOT McD or JITB that serve you expensive, small portions of barely passable food. I couldn't believe how big my SuperStar With Cheese was and the onion rings taste just like they did decades ago. The lettuce and tomatoes in my cheese burger were freshly cut as well.Glenda ran a happy, smiling kitchen crew, the place was spotless clean and I just can't wait to go back. I'm so glad my coworker talked about Carl's today, it stuck in my mind and I had to go and it paid off dearly.

By far, the rudest location I've ever ordered food at. The RBF I thought was a visage, but almost every time I'm hit with so much attitude. I don't mind paying for the extra sauces, almost every fast food joint does it now a days, but no one has chained you up to your job. If you ain't happy, then find it elsewhere. I come for the over priced food, not the attitude. I'm over it, though. I don't get grieved at the one near Costco, and they're so much nicer. Friendly location...yeah, right.

Hey! A few weeks ago I went to exchange 2 of my 6 coupons. I did not have problems.When I wanted to change the other 4 they didn't allow me. My coupons are valid!I returned with a friend and they accepted them. A woman saw me in the parking lot and went in to tell the cashier not to change them for me. I really don't want to take this personally. But if someone doesn't give you a valid reason not to change them, it's very difficult not to do it.Now they are expired since they were not accepted for reasons that I do not understand.

I ordered on the app, but I got held up for an hour before I could pick up my food. They told me that someone already picked up my order, so I requested that I either get a refund or a remake. Luckily, they were okay with remaking it, and that would have been the end of it.Once they handed me my order, they told me, "don't do that again." As if it was my fault my order got picked up by a stranger. That made me feel pretty shitty, so I'm never eating here again.
