This is a hometown favorite!! Honestly, I'm not too crazy about their pizza as it's a bit thin and bland. The PASTA though!!! it's so yummy they have a cheese ravioli with cream sauce and I devoured it! There traditional chicken wings (well done) can't go wrong. Wait staff are always amazing!!

The eggplant parmesan was cheesy, and marinara was very flavorful.The fettuccine Alfredo was liquidity and tasted like milk sauce. No buttery flavor at all.The rolls were nice and hot.The service was great.

I recently went to lunch here for the ayce spaghetti, may favorite. Food is very good as usual, but the service was dismal and terrible. There's a waitress named Jacqueline who doesn't want to be there to work. Everything she did was perfunctory. No smile, no warmth, no sweetness. All pout service, actually, disservice. She doesn't respond to thank yous, she doesn't check up on you, when you ask for refills she does Even stay for a little bit, she just turns her back on you. Unprofessional and doesn't need to be employed there. She begrudgingly gets food and drink refills as if it's an imposition. I'm not yet finished and instead of asking if I wanted another serving of spaghetti, she brings me the check. I said I want another serving. So while eating she rudely gives me the check. That's rude, in the middle of eating, she gives you the check as if to tell you to that's enough, go already. Chi chi's management need to take note that this is disrespectful and not acceptable, and counsel her accordingly. It ruined an otherwise tasty meal and a happy time I was looking forward to. Hey Jacqueline if you don't want to work there that's fine, find the place where you'll be happy. Don't destroy a finds dining experience I look forward to enjoying. I'll still come back, but maybe at the other SCV location.
Our family loves to visit here. Waitress Abi is a pleasure every time :) thank you for welcoming us with a warm smile, great atmosphere & service plus incredible pasta. 10/10

This may be tough review for chi chi's because I have eaten the best pizza in the world but I also eaten a lot of local pizza but no matter I how I compare it, it's just trouble pizza

A fixture in Santa Clarita the Canyon Country location has good customer service a fair product. Have the all you can eat pasta. Or a good soup. Beware the booths need a bit of repair so perhaps not a spot to impress people with the decor. It's been years since I was last here but I suspect I will be back.

Good food, good service, always consistent. This is an update: prices are up and quality is down. Large pizza seems smaller now and the one I just bought was burned. Not sure what’s happening here, but the quality has gone down significantly and it’s very frustrating.
