I don’t normally leave reviews, but I have had pretty consistently bad experiences here, not because the staff, but because the food up keep is always poor, it’s almost always dry, or bottom of the barrel, and there’s so many chipotle in the area that unless you have too it’s worth going to another location, chipotle is chipotle though so it be like that

For the love of god I wish I kept my receipt to complain about the girl who served me. If ANYTHING falls on the counter You. Do. Not. Put. It. Back. Into. The. Bowl. Did you cheat while getting your ServeSafe Certificate? Looking at the reviews here that this place is stingy I’m betting it’s that one girl. And nobody cares about the boy crush conversation you’re having with your coworker with the eyelashes that are trying to touch Jesus. And for the love of god tie your hair back. I had to double check to make sure no hair was on my food. PLEASE retrain your teenage staff or let them go because those two are the reason I and others will not be spending their money here. I’ll gladly drive to the other 2 locations in Santa Clarita even though you’re closer. It’s a miracle you guys have an A rating. Sincerely, a Karen.

I’m not a person that likes to complain a lot but for the love of god don’t ever order online from this location ever. I’ve had three things happen to me at this location but the last one really did it for me. First of all if you like to eat rice you better ask for extra white rice they barely give you any. My orders are not complicated it’s rice, beans, light sour cream, and cheese. The first big one happened when I ordered my normal bowl with double chicken they gave me no beans at all and barely any chicken. The second one I had a whole bowl missing that was for my girl she was not happy and it forced me to go back and complain and get a re order that I had to pay for. The last straw happened today I asked for double chicken and barely got any chicken as I went inside to ask for more chicken I was met with was bad attitude from a woman who basically threw me the extra chicken that I had paid for and didn’t even say a word to me. Talk about great customer service at this place when they mess up too I would just avoid this location if you can and go to another one.

Update! I went back last night around 6:30 ish for a healthy dinner and low expectations and I had a great experience. The guys where hookin it up for the customers before and after me got perfect orders and perfect servings. I'm changing my review! To the management: Please keep those employees happy because they're making a big difference. Plus they were so friendly and very helpful.

don't come here. it's 9pm on a Friday and they're out of Salsas and Guac. they don't bother to tell you til you get to that part either. i was soo hungry and i felt bad if i just left after they constructed my rice beans and sofritas but i so regret following through without the salsas and guac. totally turned me off because we all know what greatness we're expecting when we're craving chipotle and they usually always delivery. i'm embarrassed for ranting now but this experience totally sucked. my fault for not bothering to check the yelp tho ‍ i just plugged into my GPS. if i caught a glimpse of this two star chipotle i would've made the drive to the next one for suuuuuure. i repeat. don't come here. PS the server dropped the corn salsa spoon and when the cashier tried to help by going to the back to get her a new one she couldn't find the right size and eventually the server got impatient and literally used the SAME DROPPED SPOON that she set to the side. i literally couldn't believe the customer after me didn't stop her so i just kept my mouth shut as i waited to be rung up by the cashier who couldn't find the right spoon. i'm going to live the rest of my life wondering why she didn't just wash the one she dropped if they couldn't find the right size replacement in the back. ‍

The portions are always so small. They literally don't even fill up the whole bowl and it's so expensive for what it's worth. I spent $50 for two and that's outrageous. The place is also dirty.

This chipotle never fails with giving less portions on all delivery orders. I ordered double chicken and instead received maybe 3-4 pieces of chicken. This is so frustrating when you pay extra and use a delivery service only to be ripped off.

I ordered my chicken bowl but there was no taste of chicken. I probably had about 5 small pieces of chicken. The bag of chips i bought was almost empty. They’re not generous with their food.

Friday July 28th my son and I entered Chipotle Golden Valley Ranch at 9:30pm since the restaurant closed at 11pm we thought it was a good time to get there. However, when we arrived, we were told there was only a limited supply of food( a scoop or two of Steak and a full metal bin of lime Chicken ) Also, the server said they were not cooking anymore food for the night,I left angry and disappointed. Therefore, after this post I will be filing a formal complaint with the corporate office.
