Just heard from a very reliable source that THIS LOCATION IS NOW CLOSED - AS OF 10/17/22! SO SAD - sorry to see you go, Chuy's!

We have stopped at Chuys many times as we travel from Arizona to California. We enjoy their food, and their festive restaurant. It is very comfortable, and casual. We came into the restaurant on 10/15/22, to find it busy, expected as it was a Saturday night at 6:30pm-ish. Waited ten minutes as two couples couldn't decide to order. As we stepped up, then another clerk came to the register to take our order, and took the people who just walked in (!) I ordered a cheese quesadilla, but she charged me for a chicken and cheese quesadilla; I ordered a chardonnay, which was never brought out to me. When the food was delivered, I told our server. Never saw him again. My husband went up to the bar and asked it, but stood 5-8 minutes, waiting. The salsa has to go! It is so spicy, I don't know how people can tolerate it. I enjoyed my quesadilla, and a salad, which was a good size, while my husband had the chicken tacos. I know we will stop again while traveling, but some inconsistencies were apparent.

If you guys have been sleeping on tritip for tacos you're missing out! Paired with the Smokey mesquite and you have a real treat.

I came in tonight and it was extremely busy due to a fundraiser. These guys working here were so awesome and attentive! They never seemed overwhelmed and kept things moving smoothly with a smile on their faces! I will be back!

I Love this place. But this time was very disappointed with the service. We came in and then 2 parties of 10-15 people came in behind us. With our bill nearly being $60 + after a tip was added, we were missing part of our order. While the big parties behind us received everything and more. Now I understand being under staffed, but when we spend $60+ to eat out, even at Chuys...I'd hope to be treated just as important as the 2 larger parties. It won't be the last time we eat here, but we will probably won't be back anytime soon.

From the fun atmosphere, the perfect salsa to the best Tritip sandwich around. Service was friendly and quick. So glad we stumbled into this place, even though they prefer locals only…. Just kidding. Try it now.

I've been coming here for a while & the food & service has been great. If it's busy when a football game is on, service slows down a bit, but they always get back to you...

I've lived in Santa Clarita for 5 years and have never eaten here. My son and I came after he got a haircut at Commonwealth. The girl who rang us up (dark hair) was completely lack luster. When we asked what kind of soft drinks they had (because it's not listed on the menu overhead) she responded "Pepsi products". I wish I could insert an emoji here with the HUH??? Face. It's a shame she had zero personality because that leaves an impression on the establishment. The bartender guy was super friendly. Sorry for the descriptions but no one was wearing a name tag. The food was ok. Mine was lukewarm, I ordered the half chicken plate. The coleslaw was very good. But how is grilled chicken lukewarm? And our food came out way too fast to be freshly cooked. My son had the tri-tip sandwich, he said it was "alright" it look more like pulled beef. They literally have a sign on a chalkboard asking for a 5 star review in exchange for free chips and salsa (which looks like it's from a jar). Don't trust the 5 star reviews here. Won't return and won't recommend.

Great place for food when spending the night on the road in LA. Shrimp and tri tip tacos were good, and Mango Cart beer on draft is totally a winner.

We're looking for a spot after SixFlags and we found this place. Service at this location is very friendly and on the point. We went for the Tuesday special which they have nice beer and cocktails well priced and discount on tacos. Very cool experience we loved it

Two words : Bland and boring .. why would anyone come here ? It's not Mexican or Texan . I got chicken fajitas and he got street tacos. Blech ! They just threw meat on a grill and veggies not cooked . Go elsewhere people . That's that makes this a beautiful country .. choices

We've been coming here for 15 years. Chicken is always killer, always a fun staff and prompt food. Fries are the best around Fun trivia night too, great local place

Not bad, we stopped in to watch the NFL football and try some local food. The set up is a little awkward. You have to order the food and than sit with a number. The tri tip was really good. It was tender and had good flavor. TV positions were great if you are watching the games. Not a bad place to grab a bite and watch the game.

I was disappointed with my food, and so was my wife. Service was okay, and the kids meals turned out to be a pretty good value. Probably wouldn't go back.
