How can you go wrong with ice-cream? Personally, my least favorite is the chocolate almond milk ice-cream. The servers are friendly and have always been attentive. We usually go Friday nights after 8:00 p.m. and that crew/shift are cool & provide good customer service.

Very loud in the creamery. I could barely hear the person behind the counter. Place was tight and small. Serving sizes are strange. No spoons or napkins were offered. Bunch of kids behind the counter. I wouldn't recommend this location.

They have brand new flavors out but won't let you sample. The girl working said " sorry we aren't offering samples" Put me off even wanting to order. Not gonna spend $9 on an ice cream without knowing if I will even like it. They weren't busy either. There was nobody behind my group in line.

This is my family's favorite Cold Stone to go to. The ice cream is fresh and tastes great, I've never had an issue. And the staff is so sweet and kind! We get Cold Stone regularly and love it. Thank you Cold Stone staff for being so kind and efficient! :)
The reviews are right, horrible service and barely any toppings. I asked the blonde girl for a recommendation and she just said " I don't know". Rather find the closest Rite Aid for ice cream next time.

Walked in there on a nice sunny day and noticed that their chocolate ice cream was melting....a couple of the others were also melting....what's the point of having a ice cream store if half the flavors are already melting while being stored. It's summer time and why is this a problem?

Very disappointing with the customer service at this location had three young employees working there not one of them said hello to me or my family how can we help you can we take your order we stood there for a couple of minutes just looking at them not once did they greet us finally I spoke up to Place our order..there was one female with two young males don’t know if it was because of our race but as soon as a Caucasian family walked in they smiled and said how can we help you … you would think we would get the same respect being this is 2023!!
