I drove to eat here from Bakersfield. I arrived an hour before closing. The “open” sign was on however when I walked up the door had a “sorry we are closed” sign on it. The lady at the register said they were closed although there was people still eating inside.

Way way way too expensive for what you get. We found out the prices… not on the menu… and left

Went in tonight for a early valentines dinner and the service was horrible. Had this waitress who pretty much ignored us the whole time. There was only one other couple in there and she couldn't give us the time of day. Litterally had to yell across the restaurant to get her attention. There was another server there who saw me staring my waitress down waiting to get her attention and had to come over and help me because she again wasn't paying attention. She was just talking to the guy in the kitchen the whole time. It was so bad even my boyfriend was like I'm probably not going to he able to get another drink am I? And he is the more laid back out idc type of person out of the 2 of us. When i asked her for a box I also asked for another drink instead she came back with the bill so I had to ask again. Honestly I could understand if the place was busy and she had a lot going on but there was only 4 people in the WHOLE restaurant. My boyfriend and I and another couple thats it. I went to use the girlsroom and it was out of toliet paper as well. I wish i read the other reviews that said the service was bad before I went there for my valentine's date but you live and you learn I guess. So between the trash service and the bland food it totally wasn't worth the 184 dollars. I WILL NOT BE GOING THERE AGAIN.

Small place, food good, just they need to be sure not to give spicy food to customers who have allergies, specially if they told. Must have food for all kind of customers, I guess the shef or who so ever choose by his own Spanish style spicy ingredients, but it's kind of wrong, since many people don't like or can't even. So let's hope this place will get corrections soon, the menager is cool.

The waitress/hostess was so non accommodating it was shameful. They didn't have a lot of items like crab legs I ordered king but only got one leg barely any sauce. I asked for more sauce and was charged 6.00. ridiculous. As I waited for my food three families were turned away. Bad business.

The service was absolutely horrible. It took us over an hour to get our food despite being seated before everyone else somehow they all got their food before us. Not to mention the girls working acted clueless the entire time.

Great service for just one server. Whoever owns this place is cheap. Take care of your people. Food was really good. But the owner is cheap. Get more servers.

Man where do I begin! Hahah this was nuts. Watch out for Gab the manager. There were at least 4 people in the restaurant all mad at the same time. First the order wasn't taken correctly, and we received 60% of the order incorrectly. Then my sons food never came out... then we had to continue to ask where the correct food was... then received a loaf of bread with hair in it... to only be accompanied by a laughing sever! What is going on! At this point my fiancé and I are thinking this has to be the worst dinner experience we have ever had, to top it off the bill had so much on it that we didn't even order or receive.. and they didn't want to fix it! Another guest was having issues as well and was treated with anger over help. This was a very bad experience and if you want to take a risk go for it. You're in for a good one! Gab doesn't write your order down and acts like he's got it all up in that head of his....(crickets) Be careful! Hope I don't get sick from this food.

Writing this review a couple months late but...Thank you Selena for your amazing and attentive service while my boyfriend and I came in ... during a hurricane! (Lol)My boyfriend and I were really craving boiling point but l wanted to give this spot a try because it's a lot closer to me than boiling crab.All-in shrimp (spicy):Love how the everything was super saucy, and the freshness from the lemon pepper seasoning made this all the betterCajun shrimp (spicy): both my boyfriend and I personally liked this a bit better than the all in as it resembles that classic boiling crab "the whole shabang" flavor more closely. It was full of flavor and paired perfectly with the lemon slices they give you.The popcorn chicken was also good! I liked dipping the chicken into the crab boil sauceOverall a great experience

A fraction of our Saturday night dining party had a strong pull for Cajun Seafood. So since we were in the area, a stop at Crab N Spice in Valencia, was highly warranted. The location has a colorful and elegantly appointed indoor seating area with a beach vibe. We requested three to-go orders. The salmon fish and chips, the haddock fish and chips, and the lobster tails. Both the fish entrees ($15 each) were upped to Cajun fries ($0.75 extra). They were good, so were the fries. The piece de resistance, however, were the lobster tails. It was priced by the pound and cost a reasonable $38.50 (for 3 tails). I ordered it with Crab N Spice flavor (their signature), Spicy (heat level) with an add on of potatoes ($3). When I got to eating them, I was blown away. The whole preparation comes in a plastic bag. The lobster meat was not tough or rubbery. Instead perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful. To enhance the experience, I kept scooping the thick bodied sauce in the bag with pieces of succulent lobster. And so with the potatoes. Oooh la la. It was magnificent and memorable. Service was exceptional. Definitely, need to go back, to try more from their attractive menu......and have the lobster tails again. Wow.

The smell inside smells so delicious. we went when it had just opened so we sat down and ate right away. we had the Captains plate and the clam chowder in the bread bowl. perfect portions. the young lady, Selena, gave excellent service. you have to park in the parking structure since there is no parking on the street. it's free parking for a 90 min spot. We will definitely be back.

The food here is mediocre. The seafood boils lack flavor, definitely no comparison to Boiling Crab. I did enjoy the Crab Fries and would go back just to order those. But the 1 lb. bag of shrimp was ok at best.

We walked in thinking we were going to enjoy an amazing seafood boil. But we should have taken into consideration the strong seafood smell as we walked in our red flag to walk out. The staff were friendly and polite. We were able to sit where we wanted and were surrounded with several TVs. It reminded me of a sports bar feel without being dark. We ordered a seafood boil for three to share. We also added the quail eggs. Due to spice preferences we opted to not have our boil seasoned and asked for the seasoning on the side. Because of the side of seasoning, you can really taste the lack of quality of the seafood. Also, I'm not sure where our waitress went after we placed our order but we got the boil without our side seasoning for about 15 mins without anyone giving us any attention. And as for the side order of bread? We were almost done eating before we got the bread. The bread looked and tasted like it was a Costco baguette warmed up and placed in a basket. The cons: the mussels were very small and mostly missing. The number of shrimp included was minimal. As for that smell?! It never went away! The pros: the boil was large enough to share and they gave you a bib upon request. The quail eggs were delicious! Gotta make sure to try it in your boil if you give them a chance. I had high hopes for this place but unfortunately I'm not sure if we will be back.
