The staff was attentive the food came out fairly quickly the eggs were cooked perfectly over medium the hash browns were the best thing they were so delicious the gravy was also surprisingly good I normally don't have great experience with country gravy but I was pleasantly surprised it was not bland the chicken fried steak itself was very tough and chewy I barely ate a couple of bites.. I'm unsure why it was not a golden brown... The meat itself needs to be tenderized cuz it was literally too chewy. My first cup of coffee was delicious the second cup was bitter but overall I enjoyed everything except for the chicken fried steak it was a no for me I would order everything else again I enjoyed dipping my toast and potatoes in the gravy.

I was really disappointed on the quality of the food and service. The place is cute though. The food tastes like it's from country jail. The service is okay there was nothing impressive there. We ordered biscuits and gravy, country fried steak, and the meat plate. Nothing was good. This place has lots of potential they just need better food and better service. I said I really was disappointed

My go to breakfast spot in SCV. Large portions and quality food. I never have a complaint when I come here when it comes to the food. I loved what I got this time, there was chunks of hot dog in it, and their yummy chili. I still have leftovers and it's been like 2 days haha. Service wise always friendly as well. Super quick to get to ya if ya need something. This place is always busy. I still love the feel of the inside. I also love that they support our community by helping out the dance team!

Had breakfast here. I had a mixed review. Service was great. Very attentive on filling your coffee cup. I ordered chicken fried steak. I didn't care for it. It just wasn't how I liked and expected it. I sent it back. I changed my order to pork chops. Wow!! Was I impressed with the size of the plate and the taste. Two large chops, had to take one home, it was so much. I would definitely come back and recommend this place. I have added a picture.

Our family of four stopped in after baseball to get a bite to eat. My grandson JEC had the prime rib and eggs. The prime rib was tender, eggs were perfect, potatoes were very good with good spices. My grandson JNC had the breakfast burrito with sausage and potatoes. The burrito was huge and included sausage which was tasty with good flavors. I ordered the Two Scoop Salad with tuna and egg salad, chopped tomatoes, sliced hard boiled eggs, and jack cheese on a bed of lettuce. The salad was really good! I didn't put on the dressing because the tuna and egg salads added enough flavor.

The chorizo and eggs were excellent. Highly recommended. I'm going to check out the location in Lancaster next. The server was pleasant and funny.
