If I could give this place a zero i totally would customer service was crappy ! The food was COLD AND TOOK A WHOLE! ONE PLATE WAS WRONG! They talk to much upon other people they have issues with honestly was just not even worth a dollar! USUALLY I DONT DO REVOEWS BUT THIS PLAVE LEFT US IN DISAPPOINTMENT

Terrible service to put it bluntly. Came in at around 9, asked if the tea had any caffeine because I have a dietary restriction and the employee said they didn't know...as someone who is a food service worker the bare minimum you can do is check the labeling or ask someone else. Yet they couldn't even do that and mind you I was the only one that was there in the store. That's just a health violation waiting to happen, quite disappointing Didn't have milk either even though there was still an hour and thirty left until closing, and didn't give me my change either when I paid in cash. Just go somewhere else. Paid 5.25 for some ice and syrup in a cup

IF I CAN GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO, I WOULD!! Super disappointed!! As a person who works at a boba shop I know what drinks are made of. When I went in today, first of all the guy in the register was EATING in front of the register when he was " helping " us he didnt even bother washing his hands, thats health department issue right there, first RED FLAG. Secondly, i ordered TIGER MILK TEA... when I saw him pull an orange drink I immediately thought he's about to give me thai tea. So when i got the drink i asked him to make sure it was tiger milk tea bc it doesnt look like tiger milk tea.. LASTLY, when I sipped on the drink I knew I was right, it was thai f****** tea. The boba was super soft like its been cooked 8 hrs ago ( its only supposed to be 4 hrs, after that u gotta throw it away) When I went inside, I asked for a refund bc its not tiger milk tea, its thai tea. And they made it seemed like im d*** asf when even my bf said it was thai tea, and not tiger milk tea. I know tiger HAS BROWN SUGAR not ORANGE (thai tea). So i asked for a refund and they wont give me a refund bc theres no manager? Like wtf kinda business is that? I dont want another drink, IM DISAPPOINTED i dont wanna be MORE disappointed? I just didnt feel like arguing anymore so I TOOK AN L BY THROWING THE DRINK. In conclusion, thats probably why the guy in the register got beat tf up bc he doesnt know what hes doing. ALSO, TAKE OFF TIGER MILK TEA OF YOUR MENU, CAUSE U GUYS DONT HAVE BROWN SUGAR LIKE THE 2 EMPLOYEES SAID.

Came tonight for a quick dinner. To be honest I'm definitely not coming back. Ordered to go. Didn't open it til I drove home but my order was not complete. Got a pineapple drink. Feels like I'm drinking pure sugar out of the straw. The employee there was distracted on the phone the whole time. This place needs improvement.

Tonkotsu ramen is completely flavorless. Noodles are top ramen quality. Edemame looked like it's been chewed on. No chasu in ramen like the description started Stated. Go to love ramen down the street.

This place is great! Best drinks in town! This place put’s them all to shame. If you want a amazing boba drink you should come here. Employee’s are very nice and helpful if your not sure what to order. My new favorite spot.

This place is amazing! My drink was so yummy! If you like boba this is the place to go. They also have food. Give them a try you won't regret it. I will definitely be going here from now on.

Ordered the pork buns-flavor and Bun was good. Tough to eat because they had put a bunch of sauces on it, but I’m not picky :)Spicy chicken bowl was amazing! Right amount of spiceDefinitely will repeat

My husband bought this today and he's the first and only customer at the time. And we got one of this as our order. This is suppose to be a Baked Salmon roll but we were very disappointed that the salmon is only at the end of the roll. We had to look for the rest but failed to see salmon on the rest of the rolls and we also have to put the sriracha mayo because it barely came with sriracha too. The rice was also hard and overcooked that it cannot hold it's form and hard to chew and we ended up just eating the two ends that has the salmon. If their chef is not there or they don't have the ingredients. We could have appreciated that they tell us that it is not available than cheating by selling us this.

I walked in about an hour and 30 minutes before closing and I was told my food would have to be to go . But that was fine with me, I didn't make a fuss. Asian cuisine is not my specialty so i generally ask for suggestions from the people there but the waiter last night was very bland and impatient. She would just say "well, the menu is right there" . Nevertheless, I ordered a sushi roll and a ramen order. She said it would be about a 15-20 min wait. So, we wait and it's been about 25 min. We didn't say anything but I got hungry so I decided to order a boba for the wait. It's about to hit an hour in total of waiting and we haven't gotten anything. We would look to see if the food was ready and nothing. We would just get a mean stare from the employee at the front last night. no boba. no food. But people who ordered a while after me received there stuff. I noticed this and then noticed she had given my boba order to someone else. When I said "Um...I think that was my order" she said "oh, I already told her it was hers. sorry" so i guess i had to reorder essentially. She proceeded by making everyone elses' drinks and gave me mine at last; even after she gave my order to someone else. Overall we were there about an hour and 15 min with late boba, cold food, and rude customer service.

Tried this place for the first time today. The Taro milk tea is excellent and the boba was flavorful and the right softness for me.Definitely going back to try some other good things.

I walked in at 5:45 and the girl on the front told me we are close. Our kitchen is closed, so I asked I iust want boba and she answered we don't have any more Boba and we are closed. The time on online shows that the restaurant closes at 11 PM

I came in, ordered a milk tea and sushi roll. I got the milk tea right away and it was very good. I definitely recommend getting drinks here.That being said, I waited for 15 minutes for a single sushi roll. It wasn't even like it was busy or anything, I was the only person in the store. When I got the sushi, it wasn't very good anyways honestly. To be fair, there was only one employee working, but idk.So my honest opinion: get the drinks not the sushi.
