The worst fish tacos I've ever had. I ordered grilled fish taco. Fish was frozen and overcooked, so it was rubbery and chewy. The white sauce on it tasted blend, so taco has no flavor at all. Onion rings batter was doughy and thick (not beer-battered). We also ordered spinach and artichoke dip and chips in there was not fresh and crisp. Go somewhere else and save your taste buds from bad food.

It's not often that you come across great servers these days, however, that has happend to us twice in a row with the same server. Nethol was our server tonight and not only does he have a great attitude and personality, additionally his service can't be beat. Nethol is no doubt an asset to that Islands and anywhere else his life destinations may take him. My foodie friends and I are very fortunate that our Santa Clarita Islands rocks! From the front host desk, to the food and service, I wouldn't change a thing there. Thank you Nethol and Islands for a simple, quick, great dinner.

Be aware! you're toddlers can contract hand and foot disease with their high chairs. It happened to my two boys on Saturday. We went to islands and the next day they woke up with fever and blisters took him to urgent care , management please disinfect your highchairs daily. Thank you.

I ordered a burger and fries for lunch. The burger tasted good and fresh, but my specifications weren't followed. I asked for no tomato, a well done burger and well done fries, but that is not what I recieved. This is not my first time here, so I was disappointed that this was the case.

Burgers were okay and the service acceptable. Servers need to be more personable and enthusiastic about the job.

Found a hair in the tortilla soup. The waitress was really apologetic. I saw a lot of people going into the kitchen with hair down, so it makes sense that this would happen. Hopefully, they can address that issue.

Food: Excellent Ambiance: Worst smelling bathroom The food is incredible. Service: friendly. The bathrooms have the worst stench I have smelled since I was a child and went to the gas station bathrooms. Seriously, it's SO bad, I became nauseous.

Honestly sometimes islands is a miss but this past weekend was a hit Dining in seems to mostly be the key to a good experience as long as you stick with the basics like a burger or salad. Tacos were a huge miss on one visit Takeout can also be a miss if you don't check your order carefully. Burgers were all good this past weekend with refills being offered and guess what - fries are back being included with burgers with slight up charges for onion rings and sweet potatoes fries were plentiful this weekend - in the past that has been lacking on the takeout department as well. Keep it up islands !

Island's does a decent job giving you a burger and fries experience. My wife and I visited on a Friday night...It was crowded and we didn't have time to wait but found spots for us at the bar right away. The star of our meal here is always the fries...among the best restaurant fries out there. We also appreciate that they offer an Impossible Burger option as we're both vegetarians and that allows us to have as real-as-possible burger and fries night out at a place that's a step or 2 above fast food. I had the Big Wave, made with an Impossible patty. It was pretty good. I've had better, I've had worse...it did the job.For vegetarians you can also have a "veggie patty" if you're not into Impossible. There are other options too if you're not into a burger and fries, including nachos, quesadilla, a unique Tempura Green Beans side, and a few other sides to choose from. Also the island theme gives you a nice cocktail menu including a Mai Tai and others. We'd come back occasionally.

Excellent service, awesome food, and the ambiance is fantastic. This is a place to go and hangout after a hard day at work with the partner or with the fellas/gals. The soup is their staple. Burgers are tasty. There is food for everyone to enjoy. I cannot say this enough that this is a truly great summer hangout spot.

Great happy hour, and loving the prices on drinks and apps. Sliders, onion rings, and the artichoke dip hit the spot.

We just ordered take out dinner for 2 adults, and two kids and the total after tax was around $75. We got 2 salads, and 3 items from the starters menu - quesadilla, chicken tenders and also a shareable fries. The dressing was half full in the cup and really not enough for the salad. They did not include the sour cream and salsas for the quesadilla and it was flat as a crepe. The salad was mostly greens. For $80 plus after tip is added, the value and quantity/quality of food did not live up to the cost of it. Probably not going back any time soon.
