Disgusting food, microwaved chicken at its worst. Gas station food, should be taken down immediately. Flavors were blah and no texture, half microwaved while staying Soggy. French Fries were very bad like the last batch left at a buffet even worse. YOU Guys suck at Wings bro! Pretty sure if you weren't a virtual restaurant; your service would have been horrible as well!

Just got my order, got the 16 wings combo but not one single fry or a drink. Called them and no they can't help, told us to take it up with grubhub. If I wanted my money back I would had just kept it, instead I got a bunch of wings and nothing to eat it with. 1st time trying this place, last time.

I ordered takeout from this place through Door Dash because the reviews for the restaurant on the app were decent. I ordered a 16 piece combo that only came with fries, no drink. I was able to get two flavors and I chose lemon pepper and spicy teriyaki. The price of the food is good, definitely on the cheaper side, but I would rather spend a little more for better food. The fries were not well seasoned and super soggy. The wing flavors were lack luster. The lemon pepper barely had any seasoning. The one good thing about the food was that the wings were big and good quality chicken. That was definitely the saving grace for this meal. I can't speak on the customer service or ambiance since I got take out but I don't think I'll be retuning.

Stopped in for a late lunch and was pleasantly surprised. My dining companion and I decided on one of their lunch specials: beverage, soup or salad and entree for around $11.00.I had the Arnold Palmer, side Cesar salad and Old Timer Cheeseburger. It was DELICIOUS! One could taste the meat and cooked properly. Exactly what a burger is supposed to taste like.My companion had iced tea, Cesar salad and crispy chicken sandwich. He was also very pleased with both the meal and service.Wait staff was attentive and very sweet. All around an excellent experience and we will be back more often.Thank you and keep up the good work!Parking: Ample parking. Could use a few more handicapped spaces, but not a deal breaker.

I can't eat wing with the fathers still on it... I don't even want to pick through it and see if the other wings have fathers still attached... but this was my first and last time ordering from them! Waste of money!

This place (online-only store) is located within Chillies. No signs or instructions on how to find the place. Also, the wings weren't even properly cleaned before cooking. Avoid at all costs.

I must say I was super nervous when I ordered from this place on UberEats especially because I read the reviews after my order was placed. The wings aren't horrible they aren't close to wing stop either lol. The portion is cool for the price however they arent seasoned at all and I did not receive my ranch dipping sauce or the extra dipping sauces that I paid for and ordered. Thank goodness I have ranch at home. I just cant believe they sent wings with no ranch. Really? That's wing rule #1. BTW I ordered from the Long Beach location.
Where's the flavor? Chicken was so dry and ZERO Seasoning I thought they forgot to put it on, but seeing other peoples reviews they really don't be seasoning their chicken, only semi good thing was their dessert.

Zero flavor! Honey sriracha tastes like someone put some honey & water (diluted honey) in a spray bottle and LIGHTLY sprayed the wings; ZERO SRIRACHA! You can definitely tell they don't season their chicken. The garlic Parmesan appears to have no flavoring whatsoever! There doesn't seem to be any sauce or even powder seasoning on these! If you like naked wings (not even salt) then you'll like this place; otherwise, don't waste your time nor your money! POINTLESS!!

defo would rate this place a 5*. the food is very good quality and its always perfect plus its really cheap 11 wings for 8 bucks. people over exaggerate they're ratings on google and expect it to be wing stop quality

Had a horrible experience! I ordered my food at 10:19 pm and it was ready at 10:49. According to the Order details after placing my online order, I was supposed to pull up to the " To Go" parking area and wait for someone to come to my car as stated. Well I waited outside in the "To Go" parking area. There were no other cars except for mine. I saw what looked like my order from the window ( because there were no other bags sitting there and employees were just walking by it without taking a second look. I sat there for over 20 mins past closing. I called chilis/ Just winds to advise them if my order and was told that I was supposed to come inside for security reasons and it's past closing. Seriously! If that's the case then don't indicate it on the order details "in writing"! Customers need to be made aware of this! Needless to say, my food was cold and I didn't even get an apology from the staff.
