charged me for sauces, and charged me for water. The lady at the drive through made me repeat myself like 10 times. My chicken sandwhich was also very hard, not the bread but the patty was clearly over cooked.

this has to be the worst jack in the box that exist.. please to not go there .. whoever owns it really needs to fix it .. missing items every time , food taste like shit , people who work there do not care for you ... this place needs to not exist

I would have put 0 stars but there is no option for that. We went on the drive through today (Friday 12/29/23 between 6:30pm and 6:45pm) a light skinned girl was on the drive, while we were ordering this employee was laughing along with another female employee and were speaking amongst themselves regarding the order I was placing. We asked what was in one of the items and one of the answer something to do with Maluma and laughed. We asked why they laughed and we didn’t get an appropriate answer but laughed again. This is just disrespectful and zero professionalism. We pulled up to the window and asked a male worked why they laughed and his replied was “He didn’t took the order”; he went to get the order and came back laughing as well. We have literally just asked him, we understand that is ok to have fun while on the clock but you should never laugh of customers, specially if they are there. We did paid, didn’t get a receipt, we got home and some items were missing and some items were wrong. We decided not to go back, because we will get the same behavior we had just received minutes before. This is not acceptable, either trained your employees well or hire better personnel. This is killing your business slowly before your eyes and you don’t even see it.

worst customers service ever came in lady at the front had a bad attitude from the start I asked from a sweet ice tea & she mad me feel dumb asf saying theres some on the side outside which there was none ! none of there drink were available. Asked to Use the restroom got a rude response back then went to the restroom & it' was so disgusting not clean at all ! Please go there if you wanna feel like a dumbass for just ordering !

Went through the drive through they gave me the complete wrong order. Stuff I don't like to eat. Waste of $14 and now I have no food. Nice!

Charging restaurant prices for fast food is one thing. But doing so and then providing a sandwich that has a chicken fillet that's somehow chewy, burned and stale at the same time, on top of not even filling the whole bun, that's really insulting. The fries were lukewarm and also chewy, like they had been sitting out for a long time and we're just quickly reheated.The only thing good about the sandwich was the meal was the lettuce...

If I could leave less than a one star, I would. Ordered two drinks through the app because there is a deal where it's $1 per drink. When we got there they denied having received the order and even after showing that I ordered to this location for two drinks, they refused to provide anything while repeatedly mentioning other names that were in their system. I am now going to have to request a refund through the app and/or fight the charge through my bank. The assistant manager refused to help in any capacity. Do NOT go here unless you like to pay for things you will not receive.
