Staff is slow and very inefficient. 3 people working, no one else waiting inside, one blender working for a mobile order... and yet I still waited 15 min for just orange juice. Could have squeezed it myself by hand in that amount of time.

I like to go to Jamba Juice when I get tired of candy bars and ice cream and I feel like getting something healthy like wheat grass and a passion fruit smoothie to help me crunch numbers on my calculator and properly adjust my pens, pencils, and markers/highlighters drawer.

The morning crew at the facility is amazing! Greg and Claire in the morning are always SO FAST AND EFFICIENT! Greg worked the register today and Claire was on the smoothly barista side. You can tell that they have a great atmosphere at this location and their priority is the customer. You know, I don't expect much from workers nowadays, but it's not that hard to be nice. Cordial even. When you look at me, especially the side eye, while I'm sitting down, waiting for my food, like we have some high school rivalry going on I don't appreciate it. Especially when I walk up to the counter and you don't even say anything to me except stare at me and wait for me to read your mind and start ordering my food? I don't know maybe I'm over exaggerating the situation but when I'm having a good day and all of a sudden I feel like I'm very much not welcomed somewhere, it makes me upset and sad. Maybe the workers were having a bad day maybe they just had a really rude customer come in a little bit ago. I get it we all have bad days, but I wasn't the one to ruin it ANDWhat type of wellness shot are you serving to put it in a little dipping sauce container? I don't know, that didn't really piss me off. I just thought it was funny and weird but maybe upgrade them to little mini cups lol you have to drink those fast and it was very hard to drink that fast out of that container

Bad customer service..waited over 15 min to get waited on or even acknowledged I was there..need more servers...all of them working on online orders...if you're gonna hire young kids at least have a responsible adult in the store to supervise and have a dedicated walk-in clerk..horrible experience..!
