I love the items they sell because they taste great but the customer service needs to be better. We walked in and we weren't ready to order but we were being rushed. Now keep in mind, no one else was there. When we were ready to order, the gentleman helping us, rolled his eyes at us. I had loved coming to this place but I don't think I'll be going back.

This place is great! The corn, Doritos nachos, and strawberry cheesecake ice cream were all absolutely delicious!? My daughter and I enjoyed it very much. The fun bright colors and friendly staff were a huge plus too!

I recently moved to Newhall with my family and noticed this place as l was frequenting The Dollar Store. I always wondered what the La Michohacan brand was like as I've seen them around town. I went in and was thrilled to be in a quaint old fashioned ice cream store.I love Hispanic food and was blown away by all the unusual flavors and relieved to see a few familiar ones. Upon talking to the owner l discovered they are not one of the franchises that l have seen elsewhere. They proudly make their own ice cream on site.I tried a few flavors and settled on vanilla. I know how boring! But l just loved it! Since then I have ventured out and tried banana/plato, mango and chocolate. It can be habit forming for sure! As these hot summer days prevail l look forward to this flavorful reprieve. In fact think l will partake every season!

I had the mangonada on a day that was near 100 degrees in Santa Clarita! I will definitely have it again.

Bad service... i have to wait to be attendingcause the lady in costumer service was with the boyfriend kissing inside the dispatch area... no good for people who wants buy some ice cream...

First off:::: there were 2 girls working. I asked to go to the restroom after i paid for my ice cream and when i got back a tall hispanic girl threw a fit. Saying very loudly DONT YOU SEE THAT SIGN THAT SAYS EMPLOYEES ONLY PAST THIS POINT. i told her that the other girl told me i could go. Tall girl then got a table, blocked the way to the bathroom, plopped down a gallon of hand sanitizer and stared at me. I went back to eating so so ice cream and she would not shut up. I finally Plopped down my ice cream like she dis with sanitizer then stared back. Nope never again. Its right next to a nice laundromat BTW. The chocolate bananas were horrible.
