My favorite sushi place in SCV. Always fast service and good food. I usually order to-go and get their California roll, rainbow roll, spicy tuna roll and the takoyaki!

Love this place! Our family regularly comes to their restaurant on a weekly basis. The chefs, server, and host/managers are friendly. Being a regular customer, we have witnessed the place go through short staffing (from what I've observed) in the past but they managed to still provide good quality food. They now have this one young male server who is extremely professional and good at his craft. This makes the experience even better.

The food was good. Unfortunately, we ordered an appetizer that came two minutes before the main course I asked about this with no sympathy and no adjustment and because we were a party of six we were required to tip I think 18%. But we had no time to eat a $12 appetizer. we should have returned it.

If you love sushi, this place is definitely for you. The garlic edamame is amazing! Service is usually really good unless it is busy. Overall a great place to eat.

Busy Sushi spot with absolutely outstanding fresh sushi. Chef Choice Sashimi plate was above expectation. Large cuts great variety not just tuna ans salmon. The Toro sushi was market price but melts in your mouth. Everything we ordered was meticulously prepared and simply wonderful.No hesitation recommending.

So busy 1 st and last time buying from here waited over an hour for my food and just my luck wasn't even started. Didn't have my name, didn't even know my order I drive up 15 min for food and wasted gas.

I got a salmon skin hand roll and was met with a charcoal hand roll. I went back for a refund since I had literally ate charcoal and spoke to the owner that refused to give me a refund so that they could pocket the money. She also proceeded to take out two large books that had all the complaints on it to write my order down. They did offer to give me a remake but why would I want to eat more bad food… She also would not let me finish explaining that the rest of the food tasted spoiled.

Hands down one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever had to eat at. I really hate to say anything negative about places, but I’m hungry, thirsty, and there’s just nothing I can do about.I ordered the veggie roll, cold tofu, and steamed rice. My partner ordered the rainbow roll, no albacore, garlic edamame, and yellowtail sashimi. I don’t like garlic edamame, but it’s the only thing my partner found edible. The rice was undercooked and had an unpleasant flavour. The tofu tasted spoiled. The toppings looked week old as well. They served the veggie roll alongside my partner’s fish. So I couldn’t eat it, and ordered a second one on it’s own plate. I took a bite and couldn’t even chew it. Had to spit it out due to poor texture and awful flavour. My mouth went numb and is tingling but I have no idea why. I love vegetable rolls and never had such an experience before. My partner’s roll looks past due. They added albacore even after they confirmed no albacore. The yellowtail belly isn’t eatable. Lastly, I asked for ice tea, and they gave yesterday’s Lipton tea, which is not only tastes like yesterday’s tea, but it’s not vegetarian. The water tastes like cleaner. The whole restaurant smells very strongly like cleaner, which honestly might be contributing to the flavour of all the food. Service is no good. My partner didn’t even get to look at the menu yet and they repeatedly came to our table to ask what we wanted to order. We barely had time to sit down. I kept having to ask for a moment. Then when it was time for them to bring our food, they placed the food down with such negativity. I almost want to describe it as “carefully throwing it on the table”. It wasn’t busy in this restaurant so there was no reason to be in such a rush. I hope I never have to come here again.Vegetarian options: Non-existent. Actively work to make sure nothing you order can be eaten if your try to order vegetarian.

Ordered the House Special roll, Ichi roll, Sweet Honey roll, Calamari Tempura roll, and Spicy Scallop cut roll. The rice seemed a bit undercooked, and therefore the rolls kept breaking apart. The rolls overall were good. We would go back for another try.

Food was not goodI stopped eating half way through Spicy Tuna roll seemed too mushy and the spicy mayo did not make it any better Service was so so Floor was sticky I will not go back there

Albacore roll was spoiled. Yellowtail cut roll was a blended fish mix (similar to spicy tuna) instead of whole fish in a roll. This place tries to disguise old fish like this instead of serving quality, fresh fish and it's priced comparably to far better local sushi restaurants.
