Ice Coffee is always different. Some add too much coffee and some not enough creme. One time told coffee machine was not working AFTER I complained. Some employees won't touch your phone when paying by tap others say they are not allow. Which is it?. The regular staff is usually pleasant whereas others cover for each other.

About a month ago I ordered a small iced caramel latte. The latte cost nearly four dollars, more expensive than any other McDonald's I have gone to. You would expect the latte to taste at least as good as other McDonald's locations considering the price difference, but that was not the case. The latte tasted watered down, had nearly no ice in it, and was lukewarm. I'm guessing it was sitting around for a while from a previous order. I sent a complaint to McDonald's to perhaps get at least a drink replacement. All I received was a copy paste apology email from both corporate and the local McDonald's management. I'd recommend driving further to another McDonald's considering the price, lack of quality, and the lack of willingness to provide a replacement by this locations ownership.

Breakfast is only time food is warm. After breakfast, food is usually room temperature. Consistently rotating new staff. Convenient if you are really hungry and want quick food.

Horrible servive. That sums it up pretty well. Lack of customer service is the worst. Is only i coupd give Zero stars. I know it's McDonalds, but come on. It doesn't that much for minimun effort.

I wish I could give it 0 stars the customer service is always bad here like I pull up to the window and asked for sauce and she would only give me 2 so I said I would pay for the other sauce and she was like u have to get nuggets i don't know what's wrong with the new worker every time I pull up to the speaker to order they can never hear me or don't understand so they just go to the other speaker and then and take someone else order I was there when nobody else was there she started my order and then switched to the other person they need to get new staff and train them better and then all the food in the bag wasn't put in there nicely all the fries are at the bottom of the bag I would maybe understand if it was busy but it wasn't

So I wanted to order just a 1/4 patty with cheese (x2) and was charged 5.98 for 2 sausage special request. And cheese cost me 2.58 for 2 slices. They came out with 2 sausage patties with cheese and I told them no I wanted 2 1/4 patties with cheese. They came back and gave it to me but I ended up paying $8.56 for 2 1/4 Pattie's with cheese. Could have gotten a whole meal for this!!! Service was ok but not understanding what a customer wants cost me more than I expected to pay. Did not have a good experience here!!

Went to get McFlurrys. Got to the 2nd window and I asked about getting hot fudge. The guy said it would be an additional fee of $0.55. As I was contemplating it when I looked at my McFlurry and realized all the Oreo crumbs were at the top. I asked if it had not been mixed in, he told me no because their machine was down for nightly maintenance and he ran out of spoons to mix it with anyway. So literally just a cup full of the ice cream and Oreo crumbs on top with only a flimsy spoon. He could've communicated this when I ordered. He just looked at me annoyed that I was even asking questions. Poor communication skills.

My filet o fish got lost in the mix somehow. After much waiting I had to go remind them I existed. They all went Spanish at that moment so I don't know what the deal was. Food good. Place clean. Woman manager attractive.

Well besides the app taking forever to down load and then a decent wait for my food because they are so busy , my experience here this morning was and is a good one so I have given a solid five star rating.....the restaurant was clean along with the bathrooms and the employees deserve a raise for sure....Vegetarian options: They do have a plant based burger here for veggies....Dietary restrictions: Not a place you want to eat if on a diet....Parking: There is a big parking lot withplenty of parking...Kid-friendliness: No play area so not as kid friendly as other mcdonaldsWheelchair accessibility: There is wheel chair access
