Pulled through it 10:40 p.m. I was told to park I advise them I don't park because lions always makes me wait 20 minutes or they straight out forget the gentleman assured me he wouldn't he was out in 3 minutes thank you guys for being fast and efficient over here

I've been coming to this McDonalds quite often over the last two decades, I can safely say this is the "middle one" in the east Santa Clarita Valley.Something I've noticed is that they removed their fountain drinks machine. Who knows why. Their food is the same old McDonald's you can expect the attitude is alright but man, little changes like making you wait out front changed it.Also adding the 2nd lane is good...except when it's always closed like I feel like it is on regular basis when I go here.

I ordered two cappuccinos and they gave it to me very cold and I returned and they gave cold again ? this is the second time that the same thing happens to me in that place I'm sorry but I'm not going to go back to this Macdonald anymore I don't recommend them the service is terrible and the managers don't care about anything

Terrible management. Waited for wayyyy beyond the reasonable amount of time one should wait for just to get our order. No ETA just her saying “Go to the kiosk!” My dad has mental disability and he said he can’t use it. (I tried myself to use it, the kiosk doesn’t give the mix&match deal.) And she just ignored it and kept making her other orders. And again said “Use the kiosk!” Inevitably my dad has to step outside from the frustration. Manager never apologized or acknowledged her wrong doing. Finally after way too long someone clocked in and started to help. Manager should’ve given an ETA. Terrible work ethic from the Asian-Hispanic manager. So much for feeling welcome and helped.

What terrible service today, this will be my last McDonald's trip! They gave me the wrong order, and I never bothered to look in the bag, and drove home. Jason the manager was nice, but he should have given me my money back after my second trip there to correct there mistake. There was a girl working in the back, with a loud mouth, making fun of the guy that gave me the wrong order. They all need better training at this location.

The craziest turn of events, I went to O'Reilly's Auto parts to get my things to change my oil and while shopping I needed to use the restroom, just pee and wash my hands. The young hippy looking guy behind the counter said we don't have public restrooms. I was actually shocked and thought he was joking and I said, you don't let your customers go pee and he said with a straight face, there's no public restrooms there's a sign on the front door. There were customers there and I kinda felt uncomfortable with the tone of his voice talking down to me as if I was some vagrant. I put my items down and said thank you I no longer want to change my oil. Walking out one of the customer said Stater Brothers or Micky D's, I gave him a thumbs up and said thanks. While coming out of the McDonald's bathroom that same fellow O'Riley's patron was walking in and he said to me in passing I'm taking my own advice..... We both laughed and I said thanks. I proceeded to order lunch and head over to Auto Zone for my oil change items.The people here at McDonalds are always great and make you feel welcomed.Parking: There are 4 stalls, 4 curbside pick ups stalls and two handicap stalls. But outside of that is a massive parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes curbed handi-cap ramps directly in from, very nice.

I always buy happymeal for my grandchildren and the first thing they look for the toy and until we got home they didn't put the toy in and I had to return after a couple of hours due to a carelessness on the part of the employees.

This place was cheap and ordinary...nothing special. No toilet paper, no mirror in bathroom and their drink bar made me feel like I was in jail. No straws, sweeteners ect...
