I went a few days ago and got the new eggnog flavor, and the worker Andy was very polite and gave me great customer service! I was asking the worker about a possible coffee flavor in the foreseen future hopefully, but besides that the inside was nice, and the cashier was helpful.

The floors were soooo sticky everywhere I walked. The girl at the counter looked like she hated her job. I love the other Valencia location, but this one, not so much.

My family and I like to come here whenever we are shopping at the mall. Their patio dining area is a nice spot to relax and people watch. The inside restaurant is usually pretty clean, even during peak busy hours. When I went here last time, they were out of a lot of flavors. We still enjoyed ourselves, but wish they had more variety available.

when I went to this location for the first time I got the best service from a worker..... I think her name was Rihanna. She was very welcoming and kind. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because they didn't have a carbolite option :((( but other than that amazing service and clean store!

Justin & Elijah offered me the best service this last Saturday! They offered a lot of help with a great attitude! I'm glad they work there, they deserve a raise after telling me to have a smiley day. They're the best! I'd return just for them

Not very clean and five flavors were empty and the flavors they had were just ok (Graham cracker? Nope. Sugar free chocolate? Nope) where is just vanilla or chocolate? We come here about once a month and it hasn't gotten better it has gotten worse but my youngest loves it. It has gotten to the point where we all go somewhere else but let her go here. Sad because it really is a management issue because other Menchie's are not this dirty and have full amount of flavors. Hoping for their future that things go better.

Love fro yo and good flavors. But every time I'm in here they only have 3 flavors, vanilla, chocolate and dole whip. Not to me soon 3 machines are never running. Will not be coming back until they get some more variety of flavors. Even just one flavor of strawberry would be so much appreciated.
I recently purchased a birthday cake from this location. Jenny was very helpful in choosing the flavors and toppings, featuring peanut butter cups.Everyone in my family agreed that it was the best ice cream cake they had ever had! Next time we are in the area we will definitely return to Menchies.

Very impressed with the shop recently. The service was friendly and the shop was extremely clean. Oh and the fruit punch sorbet was so yummy.

Mold. You smell it as soon as you walk in. I tested the lever on their plain yogurt just to see what came out and it was liquid. I woudn't get yogurt from somewhere with that many mold spores in the air, and i will be contacting the health services. not because im a f***ing karen, but because its super lame to make employees work in conditions that could give them autoimmune disorders for the rest of their lives. seriously wtf.
