Would've been a 4 but the staff and the guy taking our order clearly were not in any mood to be working, period. It was our first time and excited to be supporting our local neighborhood business.. honestly when you encounter negative vibes like that, the next time we would have to think twice. No eye contact, no smile, no nothing. Anyhow, The drinks were ok. I ordered a pink flamingo, the greenie, and the popeye's acai. I'll give it another try soon. But you gotta work on being a bit more friendly at least welcoming! Would like to try the bowl next time.

Waited in line order in store. Waited in store for our order for a good 15-20 min. All the while mobile online orders coming in getting their orders. The person that order behind us got the order. Asked about our order, they said it wasn't ready because they lost our ticket!!! We had been waiting in store but no one told us anything. Had to wait another 5 min. Very disappointed in the service. Regret giving them a $5 tip!!! Not coming back.

The fact that this place has a 3.7 proves that this app is full of Karen's that complain about BS. Sure...Nekter is a couple dollars more than Jamba, but it's a million times better. Better quality ingredients, better service, better experience. Especially at this location! The rating should be a 5+

My girlfriend and I stopped by here recently to check out their drinks as we are on somewhat of a health kick. The drinks we ordered are the Pink Flamingo and Tropical Cooler, both were incredibly delicious and of high quality. I am typically iffy with smoothies because I'm picky with consistency and flavor but both drinks were very well balanced on both ends. The interior was fairly okay, they had a little standing mini bar that was filled with business cards for local businesses..? Kind of cool, kind of interesting. I realize this is something petty to mention, however, they had an advertisement mentioning each "Juice contains UP TO 3lbs of fresh fruits/veggies". This sign is displayed right along your field of vision as you walk in and I just thought it was a little weird to advertise your drinks contain anywhere between 1 atom and 3lbs of fruits/veggies. The employees working also seemed to want to be literally anywhere else other than at this place and really paid us no attention in a customer service interaction sense. I would give this place the 5th star if the customer service was a little more existent.

Times are tough, and businesses everywhere are doing whatever it takes to stay afloat. Unfortunately, this economic reality has apparently set in at Nektar, where they appear to be dead set on cutting costs, customers and product quality be damned. The images of food inside the store depict smootie bowls loaded with granola, nut butter, and other delicious, nutritious (and satiating) ingredients. But the reality was sadly nothing like what is being advertised. The employees were precisely measuring (rationing?) ingredients like Civil War cooks on the front lines -- and you sure could tell in the finished products (a protein bowl for me and an açaí peanut butter bowl for my wife). Though my bowl was "full," it was mostly frozen base -- not base and toppings. Maybe "Naked" would be a more apt name for Nektar, as it would accurately describe our experience. I left feeling a bit empty, in both my stomach and wallet.

I've given this location many chances but today was the final straw. Aside from the extremely slow service, the workers here just don't understand work ethic. I came in sat around 2 o clock and one of the girls (shorter one with a brown jacket on) clearly gave I'm assuming her boyfriend who walked in a free drink AND he was served before me.... A paying customer. They then proceeded to kiss at the front, along with her ignoring the new customers that were waiting.
Protein bowl was ok ..needed something more .. still worth it

I don't generally write bad reviews unless a place has incredibly difficult/poor customer services or extremely bad hygiene practices. However, I was alarmed at the "uniform" this associate was wearing when picking up smoothies for my mom and I yesterday. I don't know how anyone else feels about this, but I think it's unacceptable to be wearing a sweatshirt with an assault rifle on it when working at a smoothie shop.I go to Nektar almost daily in Lake forest, CA but was visiting my mom in SCV this weekend and figured we'd go to our favorite smoothie place for lunch. Not only were the two associates standoffish and rather rude, they weren't wearing any type of uniform that signified they worked for the business and also one was wearing this sweatshirt (see attached). I'm all for freedom of expression but this was pretty alarming.*also to note, I figured this might be merch or a band sweatshirt, regardless of the context, I believe the sweatshirt is inappropriate to wear at a public place of business*

My first time visiting a Nekter & I'm happy with my experience at this location! Walking in, it's very clean & the workers were friendly. They helped me choose a drink from their recs. I can't remember which one I went for exactly but it was a strawberry protein vibe & it was very delicious! Will be stopping by another time :)

I just love Nekter. Their ingredients are clean and no added sugar. Their açaí bowls is so yummy. Hands down the best place for raw juices and açaí bowls. Always friendly staff and place is always clean. When you order online time is efficient. Always on time.

Delicious! Some of the most unbelievably delicious juices, bowls, and nowwwww breakfast items~ Nekter will always be my go-to for healthy meals, drinks, and snacks. I couldn’t recommend it enough. The orange crush smoothie, peanut butter acai bowl with chia pudding, and the chia pudding breakfast are HITS you don’t want to miss. Hoping they open another location closer to me in the San Fernando Valley!
