Manager, your staff need more training. Customer service not observed. They should also prioritize moving the line. Cashier was bagging an online order, while the in-store line wasn’t moving. My plate was complete already. The other person on the line focused on restocking while people waited in line. I waited about 3 minutes of silence before she acknowledged me.

Came in at 9:15 pm right before they closed the whole store welcomed us ,we weren’t rushed and food was hot and good ,very happy with the service !!!
Manager Karen is completely incompetent. Asked for one thing gave me another and not what I wanted, then was slow and everything took way too long and was rude. Even charged me extra for donations without asking which I didn't want to mention because it was awkward for me and she was already rude. Would never come back to this particular location.

Too much noise from cooking of food .they get your order wrongTalking so fast that you can't hear them.the size portion of your 3rd entree goes in a chinese box that is 1/3 the size of a Normal traditionalChinese take out box.so you pay for 3 entrees and you get 2 and 1/3Or they forget to put it in your bag

I went in to eat lunch and it was busy and had a line of about 6-8 people so I waited to order my food and figured it was going to be good and hot. But to my surprise it was ok and cold and it wasn't like I took my food somewhere no I sat down and ate I would've walked up and said something but like I said they were busy and I didn't have all day to wait I needed to go back to work oh and besides that the soda machine didn't taste right like the mix was off or something and they were out of medium cup lids.
