Tough parking, slow service. Mid morning breakfast meeting a friend. Waited 12 Min to order with no other customers at the counter. Customers were complaining that the coffee decanters and milk were empty. Ordered an egg and spinach dish. It was ready quickly, but cost $10 for a small item. Most tables were taken by regulars sipping coffee and doing their work. They can't be very profitable.

I refuse to order anything else in the menu and left .

This place is awful.. it's Sunday 12:45 and there are no breads displayed only half the pastries are available. Never any hot water ready its weather, the honey is usually out I have to ask for it. Don't let me tell you about the lack of up keep. Oh and the bathroom..

I ordered a brioche bacon egg sandwich. I get home to see there was no bacon. I drive back and tell them and all they said was “ sorry, we’re busy” and handed me a container with cold bacon. Wow!

Nice location. Wish they had the self order kiosk like other locations. Gnats in the restroom was the only downside.

I went to this location for the first time today. I placed an online order, and it was ready when I arrived. I got the special deal where it included a chicken noodle soup and Caesar salad. I also got a decaf caramel latte. Everything was super good. I got a blueberry bagel as well. It was alright. I usually toast it but didn’t want to this time because it ends up being hard as a rock if I don’t finish it in one sitting. I don’t like how this location had a lot of people; there was only one table left. There was also only one trash can that was in the front room. There should be another one in the back room. The restrooms were pretty clean. The changing table wasn’t clean; someone left a napkin on it. Overall, I had a good experience other than the girl who kept taking behind me lol.

It's a panera, nothing crazy good or bad. No complaints. Inside is nice, not super new but not run down either. Staff is always pleasant.Parking: Typically plenty of parking but occasionally little more challenging. However a side street right next to lot always has some.

Panera Bread has always been a go-to staple for me in terms of café dining and casual eatery. While I understand that portions have become smaller and that orders can be messed up, I have to admit that the food is still delicious. This location is where my partner and I like to eat while we're on our lunch breaks. To beat the long wait time to order, we prefer using the tablets inside to place our orders. So far, our orders have been accurate and again, the food has been delicious. My only gripe is that I wish the interior was cleaner. The tables always feel sticky and there are many crumbs on the floor. Nonetheless, we'll return here again next Thursday!

**** WORST PANERA LOCATION EVER ****JESSICA SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!Just had the worst experience I have ever had in the food service business! Came in to buy two sourdough bread bowls and soup to go. The bread bowls were served with small cups of soup. We inquired about why a “BREAD BOWL” was being sold with a cup of soup and received the most disgusting, disrespectful and unconscionable response from the “manager” Jessica! Her attitude was sooo disgusting that 2 of her employees stepped in to deliver a heartfelt apology when she walked away. THIS PERSON SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!! I wouldn’t let a person with her abhorrent disdain for humans clean the toilets in my restaraunt! She not only disrespected us from the moment we starting talking to her… she bravely barked at us that “it was just too confusing for us to understand” and then laughed in our face twice! We were very respectful and simply asked to pay the cost difference between a cup and a bowl… she raised hell at this request and then got even more angry when SHE couldn’t figure out how to operate the register! She was sooo rude and disrespectful that I called corporate to file a formal complaint. She was sooo rude that my girlfriend had to walk away from the register IN TEARS! 25 minutes later when we got back to the house her chest is still covered in hives she was so upset by the interaction! I have NEVER seen this happen before… that’s how upset she was by the interaction with this horrible employee!Panera…. If you hire people that will treat your loyal customers this way you don’t deserve to have loyal customers! Fire this woman and save yourselves the embarrassment. Her entire team of good employees will suffer under this woman! I WILL NEVER visit another Panera again until I hear that this woman has been let go!
