The baristas at this Peet's Coffee location are always friendly, and they make fantastic coffee! I love that they frequently give out free samples of their pastries, and the loyalty program is a great perk – I get a free latte for every 120 points I earn. The convenient location with ample parking and the option to order through the app make it my go-to coffee shop.Dietary restrictions: Plant-based milk alternatives

They drop shota directly into chocolate for their mocha's and stir the coffee/chocolate mix onto the milk. Imo this is the preferred method for mocha

Too much attitude for coffee. They never have regular coffee brewed, and they make you wait "two minutes to brew a fresh pot", turns into ten minutes, and then they act like you should be grateful.

Great coffee, terrible pastries. Please change the bakery you work with, the pastries are inedible. I BEG YOU! The pastries at Starbucks is not any thing to write home about either but a world of a difference in quality than Peet's. We literally get coffee from Peet's and get pastries from Starbucks. That's sad.

I'm a big fan of their coffee, I can't believe this is my first time reviewing them. I usually get their Havana Cappuccino, and it's so good! It's your typical cappuccino with a hint of condensed milk and cinnamon topping. It's heaven in a cup! They introduced chocolate swirl pumpkin bread, and I'm in love!! It's nice and moist ( don't know what else to say lol) and the sweetness level is just right. I highly recommend for sure! Lastly; you have to get a code from the staff to enter their restroom. Also It's been mentioned that service is not very warm, but I personally don't mind it. I did have to ask them a few things, and they accommodated accordingly. So for me, I'm satisfied with the service.
Not friendly & hardly helpful. Usually their service edgy when all ya want is a coffee! This location is so unlike any of the other Peets I've ever been to, including their home town; Portland. Using Starbucks as the standard for service, right? Now with a 1/2 dozen times going to this Peets location, I have made up my mind to never go again. & if you want a consistent good coffee experience, don't go here.

My family has been patrons of Peet's coffee since they opened their doors in 1966. Although, they are more commercialized now, they are still far superior than Starbucks. That being said, Starbucks originally learned everything about roasting coffee from Peet's. They just got too big and the quality isn't as good anymore. But for a superior experience, look no further than Peet's! At this particular shop I found the service was quick and courteous.

The staff were pleasant and the inside portion seems nice and comfortable however the bathrooms were not very clean. At 6:30 in the morning I would expect to have clean restrooms. I would assume the night crew cleans up from the day? Or maybe the morning crew would clean before opening for the day? The floor needed to be mopped. My phone fell out of my pocket and landed right in a dried up puddle of urine. The toilet had hair and dried urine on it as well. Luckily there was soap available but still gross and unsanitary. There were also no seat covers for the toilets. I don't know call me crazy but having a clean restroom would be nice and healthy for the coffee shop.

Our new go-to for coffee . Service and drinks are amazing with a welcoming vibe. We loved the black and white they prepare.

Quality coffee, location is clean, and the ambience is great. My only issue is their service. Every time I visit this location I feel invisible. There is no sense of urgency. At least, not towards me.
