Went in earlier and the people ordering in front of me complained about mold in bbq chicken and the worker only threw the one piece away and not the whole batch until more people complained, please do not eat here. They reheat their food multiple times and nothing is fresh. This is appalling and repulsive. Please do not support this! They should not be open if they serve food with mold.

Everytime i did grocery shopping at Island Pacific, I was tempted to take out filipino food from Philhouse fastfood. I though i was just unlucky for the first, second, third, fourth, and fifth time I take out filipino food from this fastfood, but no, everytime, the food was not freshly cooked, it was reheated for so many times, i believe, that i finally give up on this filipino fastfood. my fifth/last time, the pansit bihon was almost spoiled so was the vegie with coconut milk. Be careful or better to be safe, buy somewhere else or cook your favorite filipino dish after shopping.

Overpriced in general especially for entrees that are primarily fat. Service is decent but uncomfortable once at the register. Tips are expected for scooping food in containers? Other Filipino markets in SCV forgo tips and entrees are reasonably priced. Ambiance is pleasant though some days it can get very busy.

This review is for their Chicharon Bulaklak.It is old and it refried from old oil. You can taste the old oil instead of the meat. For the price, it is not worth buying. Go somewhere else for Chicharon Bulaklak

This used to be my go-to place for cooked Filipino food on the go. But as of lately, the quality has really gone down. The entrees such as Bicol express, Menudo, Binagoongan has been too sweet and meat has been dry and overcooked. Filipino food shouldn't be this sweet, I couldn't even finish any of the entrees I bought and just threw them away. Very disappointing.
I've had plenty of food from everywhere so I was extremely excited about having authentic filipino food from here. The meat was slightly undercooked. The pancit was ok. What saved this from 1 star was the lumpiang. I'd go here just for that. I'm not sure if I'd recommend it yet seeing as how I haven't had everything on the menu. I'm willing to try some more items on the menu. Who knows... What if it was just MY specific order?

I'm a repeat customer for online delivery. I purchase every 2 months. They allow you to add to your online order (through phone-in order) especially if the items are not found online. Just text the delivery driver to check if all orders are in the bag to be sure, because the food servers can be busy and may miss adding the phone orders into the bag.

I ORDERED THIS MORNING ON THE APP. IT SAID THAT IT WAS OPEN AND I PLACED THE ORDER AT 750am went to sleep and my pick up order was cancelled. No notification at all. I will stop using this restaurant. WORST F****** FEELING. On Christmas eve too. Horrible and deplorable customer service i ever encountered

Everytime i order delivery, the crispy pata is old. It is just reheated/refried. It's dry and hard. It would be nice to actually get something new not from yesterday and reheated only. Bad quality
