First of all, be aware that the they sneak in a $2 surcharge because, well because they can, which I don't even think it's legal to do so. Secondly, they skimped out on the toppings so hard , I will never eat there again. They couldn't even put enough toppings on a THIN CRUST to make it descent. The pasta, ALL PASTA. I can't believe they have the guts to hand this to a customer. No cheese anywhere to be found on anything. If they ran out of cheese, they need to do the right thing and close for the day!

I placed a phone order on Sunday Oct. 18th and when I arrived they said that the order was placed via their call center and that orders not going through to the actual location happens often. I had to place the order when I got there and waited 29 minutes. I also ordered chicken wings and apparently now there is a separate charge for ranch? I remember that when yon order chicken wings the ranch is included. The employees that helped didn't seem to really care that I had to wait, they had an "I Don't Care attitude". Sad to see how badly the service has declined.Very poor management.

Wish they would let me rate 0 Stars placed an order paper three pizzas, two of them had extra toppings which I paid for, two things of wings some pasta and some garlic knots everything was good until I realized one pizza is missing and the other Pizza is lacking the toppings that I paid extra for, call the store and was told by the "General Manager" that there's nothing they can or will do.. He was very unhelpful and didn't seem to care at all about the satisfaction of the customer.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. We ordered Pizza on Tuesday, October 6th at 8:39pm. After getting a confirmation email saying our food is out for delivery we had to proactively call at 9:45 asking where our food was. The representative was standoff-ish and extremely rude saying that the driver called(he didn't) and knocked(he didn't), ultimately canceling our order. After asking to speak with a manager he defended his driver which I respect but didn't offer to rectify our situation in any way. He wasn't offering any solutions. He hung up on me after asking what can be done after this inconvenience. He stated his name was "Devon or Davon" Throughout the entire conversation I wasn't rude or condescending. We just wanted our food. I don't appreciate lies over all else. Losing one customer won't make a dent but this location definitely lost my business indefinitely. PS. We opted in for contactless delivery so if the gentlemen "knocked" or "called" it ultimately should have been left on our front door. And yes, the Space number was designated. I urge anyone thinking to order from this location to go elsewhere or pick up pizza from another location. This was the worst experience. Period. We're left hungry and agitated. To begin with, if I can give this place 0 stars I'd do so. Very poor customer service. Very poor communication skills, and even more poor management. We waited over an hour and a half for our order, very simple order 2 pizzas. We continued waiting and nothing, so we called and they said the order got canceled. We never canceled the order, our time was completely waisted and it was irritating due to the fact that we were very kind and tried accommodating with them and being mindful of the whole COVID. you don't want to order with them. Again, very poor communication skills, customer service, and even more poor customer service. Pizza Hut is a joke.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would do it. When I was ordering a large 1 topping pepperoni pizza he over charged me and when I asked him he said you should have told me earlier and when I asked for the manager he said he was the manager and his name was Devon. wouldn't recommend going to this location bad service.

This Pizza Hut is in a very central location just off of Apple Street in Lyons. It is closest to our house, and the only Pizza Hut I’m familiar with in the area. The food is often quite delicious, but the service is often to be desired. On multiple occasions we’ve had to wait extended periods for simple orders. The facilities themselves are outdated, even feeling a bit grimy inside. (It could simply be poor lighting.) Don’t eat in, get it to go.

Placed an order thru phone and ordered their large pizza 3 toppings for $9.99 according to the person who took my order. I added 6 pcs chicken wings as well. We called them around 12:50 am 07/18/2020. A guy quoted me for $9.99 large 3 toppings pizza. When we picked it up they Charged $15.99 instead of $9.99 we ended up returning it but didn't give us a refund as they claiming register is closed. BEWARE AT THIS PLACE!! ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPT AND ORDERS!! Even 1 star is not worth to this place. It's NOT THE PRICE, BE HONEST!!

Absolute worst experience ever with delivery . They took my payment then never showed up and never answered their phone. Called the manager the next day and he refused to do anything until i talk to whoever was working the prior night. Extremely unhelpful and no follow through on their part. I would definitely recommend the other location on seco canyon, as their staff is very efficient and have always been extremely nice and helpful.

If I could if this zero I totally would. First the come out with a pzone the size of a hot pocket. For those that know the pzone is suppose to fill the box. She makes me another one bigger but still wrong I didn't want to make it a problem, but when I got hope there was no sauce on it and I tipped them.

The ordering process off the app went as expected, smooth as usual. (Ordered a big dinner box with boneless wings) The wait time was an hour and change, not a big deal.... at the time.

Sign says they open at 10:30..... it's noon and all doors locked. Saw a young lady placing promotional stickers on the outside windows when I drove into the parking lot. ..... knocking yet no answer.
