The rolls were good. I got the two-meat plate combo. The chicken breast was awesome - juicy and flavorful. The tri-tip on the other hand, was a little tough for me. The mashed potatoes were good.

Came here after six flags and it definitely hit the spot! The food was really good and the portions are super big. We got full after only a couple of bites since it's a type of food that's super filling. Nonetheless the meat was super tasty and I especially loved the chicken! Thank you for the amazing food and service!

I usually love there food but this time I order a beef dip sandwich and their was hardly any beef on the sandwich. I had some surgery and had to bring it home. I love when I have your ribs

Always great BBQ food. Three of us shared The Roundup, which has tri tip, 2 beef ribs, 4 Baby back ribs, 3 pieces of chicken, onion rings and two sides. Definitely enough for 3 or four to share. Aubrey was a terrific waitress.

Very convenient place to eat - we ordered the beef ribs - pork ribs and tri- tip combo. Meat was really tender and very flavorful - the watermelon lemonade was awesome - not too sweet and absolutely delicious ? place has a touch of western theme. Oh and the garlic rolls melt in your mouth.
